Very rude and lazy staff. I ordered mac n cheese, chili and a baked potato along with 2 sandwiches. I didn’t realize I needed to tell them 3 different times that those were on my order so I paid and they made them but they didn’t charge me for them apparently and then tried to blame me. So I just left the uncharged items and didn’t get my food. The tables were gross. They have tables closed for covid but don’t clean the few they have open. This place used to be great. Hopefully the next business that goes in this space will be better run.

I guess the thing I can say about Potbelly's is that it is just okay. The cookies are great. But the sandwich itself was not "so good it makes you wanna slap yo' mama. " So nothing to write home about. But it certainly wasn't bad.

Ordered 2 veggie melts with avocado mushroom lettuce tomato and hot peppers both of them didn’t have avocado and they didn’t even toast my sandwiches. I’m disappointed

Super good! A great location too after a long walk on the olentangy trail! I got the avo turkey with hot peppers and can’t wait to go back

Extremely disrespectful manager didn't greet me and served the customers who came in after me first. Really like the food but no longer a fan. They clearly don't want my money. I won't be returning.

I've loved potbelly's for so long, and only recently have I experienced unsatisfactory work. The order said no mushrooms, and it was also written in the comments. The sandwich however did have mushrooms. This is not so much of a problem, but this is the type of thing you could expect at a McDonalds, not Potbelly's. Additionally, the shakes were watery and bubbly, which was definitely out of the ordinary.

Still waiting on a response after multiple attempts to contact the manager for my issue on 1/26/2020 from Potbelly #0334 at 1171 Olentangy River Road, Columbus Ohio.

The manager has been completely unresponsive since his initial response back in January.

I love the salads at Potbelly. Fresh and healthy and they will leave out whatever item you don't care for. Also love the cookies.not as healthy but totally irresistible.

They have a great wreck salad and the chicken salad is really good also but sometimes they could give you more chicken salad on the samie it depends on who's making the subs however the salad has always been consistently good

Absolute favorite sandwich place. The Italian is the best sub you can get at any chain sandwich shop. The cookies are phenomenal, and making them into ice cream sandwiches is absolute brilliance. Excellent shakes and a wonderful atmosphere. Friendly and respectful workers. No worries for pine nut allergies. I go here every time I visit my home town.

It was in a nice area, easy to get to, clean, friendly workers and speedy service. The food was very good.

I got the pulled pork and the meat was barely warm, the potato soup had no flavor whatsoever oh, and the music was way too loud.

I like the build your own pizza option. Fire roasted and ready in about 5 minutes. Great place for lunch.

I ordered a sandwich with mushroom melt. Well i tell you what, the straight mushroom melt was just that a mushroom only melt.

Welcoming casual environment, patient and kind staff for the people who are new and have questions. Food was out in a timely manner, delicious, and priced well.

Great sandwiches and chips, fast, friendly service. Toasted sandwiches at your request. The Italian was excellent!

Good sandwich. Great service. A very polite young man named Dimitri was really helpful with making sure my order was correct.

I came in because a new phone app offered me a free sandwich. Turned out that I had to use "online ordering" to get it free. The manager was nice and said "it's OK" and gave it free anyway.

Because of that, I should go back and buy a sandwich there I think - oh, and the sandwiches are good

Service & atmosphere always great. I had the big Italian with everything on it. Too big a sandwich for me. I'll go back to the original. Chili was awesome. Large pickle crisp & tasty.

Amazing. Average prices and good sized portions. Friendly staff and toasted subs are delicious. Next time I'm trying a milkshake!
