Very smart and well trained staff! This is for the highly skilled amateur or the causal person working on their health & fitness! If you are individually motivated to reach your peek performance, this is where you can start! Effectively Communicate you desired need and this place can get you there! Challenge them and judge for yourself! Great job guys you get nothing but praise from here!

Great facility. Plenty of equipment and lot too crowded. Perfect for powerlifting and general strength training.

It’s great to see how consistent people train here. Thats a result of how good the gym is. Staff is great, equipment is well kept, and the environment is phenomenal. It’s really easy to see why people love this gym.

The gym is way too small and only has one flat bench. There are 2 seats in front of a row of dumbbells that are then pushed in between a large cable machine. There is no room to spread your arms or do a normal routine without being right on top of someone at cables. When I asked how you are supposed to work out with the seats in between a cable machine they suggested taking the seat to a corner of the gym if I needed more room. I would not recommend this place for anyone who wants to have normal routine. There is only enough room for 5 or 6 people to work out and only if they are all doing something different.

Best gym I’ve toured in my life but I wish the hours would be more flexible, especially during the weekends. Closing at 4/5 pm is simply too inconvenient. This is the only issue keeping me from getting a membership here!

Amazing equipment and the gym is so clean. The owner and his parents are incredibly friendly and helpful. 10/10
