Dr. Dave and his entire staff are hands down, the best professionals and people in the dental business. My family and I have been going to Prairie Dental for 15+ years and they all are so welcoming and personable, which actually makes going to the dentist fun! Who else in the business gives patients fresh baked cookies after every visit? BEST dental staff in the city!

Been going for a few years for regular cleanings and such. I had a new dentist, Dr Ferguson, who did an excellent job with a root canal and filling. Patient with all my questions and very professional and concerned about my experience and comfort. Prarie is always highly recommended and I'm happy to see the group expanding with a second skilled doctor. Staff is friendly and willing to work around schedules and life to get treatment. 5 stars all the way.

I have been a patient at Prairie dental excellence for over 31 years. In those years I have come to know Dr. Dave is one of the most professional, caring, kind dentist that I’ve ever come across. The office is always clean. The staff is always professional Melodie is always professional, upfront, caring, and has the most knowledge I’ve ever been able to come across when it comes to insurance billing issues. I would recommend Prairie dental excellence to anybody new to the area.

I have been coming to this dentist for 38 years. Have always been pleased with their care. Dr. Verzella is a great dentist and cares about how you are doing during procedures you may be having done. I highly recommend them!

I am very disappointed to be writing this review as I have previously had very positive experiences here. My family has gone here for years and the dentist and dental assistants are absolutely wonderful! I unfortunately will not be returning. I called in to schedule an appointment and notified them of an insurance change. Melanie/Melody called today to let me know that a family member owes a small fee and they will not be servicing me until that is paid, but if I wanted to switch insurance companies then they would be happy to see me? When I asked about the unpaid fee and who it belongs to, she immediately gave me that information. She was extremely rude and continued to reiterate the fact that there was an unpaid balance even though it did not belong to me. That conversation did not sit right with me and after speaking to the family member to discuss the fee in hopes to settle so I could make the appointment, I am even more upset as the charge does not even belong to them. She is being charged for someone else’s missed appointment because it is her insurance plan, but it wasn’t her appointment? Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism of this situation and how rude Melanie/Melody was over the phone. It is not professional to divulge other patient’s information regardless if they are family, and to not see me because of a family member’s situation is upsetting. When I brought this up to her, she told me that this was the Dr’s orders and she was just doing as she was told. I will be finding another dentist.
