Dave gave us a great home inspection. He was thorough, went through all of the photos in great detail, explained what we needed to do, and sent us a copy of our home inspection report very quickly. The inspection was done in a timely fashion. The inspector David was very informative and detailed in explaining the purpose and things found in the inspection.

They really did a thorough Job or so I believed but after moving into the home I found that the shower did not work in one of the bathrooms and the hot water pressure was extremely low. Throughout the home.the ice maker on the refrigerator was not making ice and the windows were far more ancient and drafty then reported almost felt like they were open … the opened a crawl space for the ceiling and it is still wide open as I write this review exposing the roof and open draft because it was not closed. I don’t know where the lid is…. Light still on and I can’t get up there I’m disabled … even the basement floor tile was not glued in place we strongly place our faith in these services to sort through the true value of the home beyond the obvious and after a week here it’s not that it’s not a nice home but the value seems highly inflated… I feel some of these things should not have been missed
