100% quality customer service from the emergency roadside assistance, leading to service at Prebco Automotive. I was pleased with the timely professional diagnosis and replacement of faulty starter. Also the technician did a safety inspection and found and replaced rodent damaged fuel line, which our previous mechanic failed to notice. All at a fair price.

The people are friendly and professional. They always call with estimates for approval. Never take it upon themselves to do other work not requested. Work is always completed on time or sooner. Prices are comparable or lower than other service centers.

I thought I had a starter/alternator issue and called Prebco. When Brad called me I was fully expecting bad news and was shocked to learn there wasn't a problem. Seriously.these folks could have taken advantage of me by replacing something that was not broken. And I would have paid it no questions asked!
