This company is amazing! Not only did they rescue us when our bus broke down at Cedar Point, but one of my students left his sunglasses on the bus (the just happened to be the last gift his deceased mother gave him) and they found them and are mailing them back to us!
They take their name VERY seriously and we all felt like we were precious cargo! Thank you so much Oscar for taking care of us!

I see a bus with this name on it speeding down Adkins Rd Mentor-Willoughby EVERYDAY 8am. It goes by so fast I haven't gotten bus number YET! But I will. Residential streets are 25 MPH! SLOW DOWN!

They crammed us into a short bus, the bus was tattered and in very poor condition. It violated Covid19 procedures.

Took a weekend bus trip to Baltimore for the Browns game, we had Rick as our driver and he was awesome. Cant say enough about how fun this was!

Milly is the bomb! She drove our Chagrin Lacrosse State Champs to and from the championship game and was awesome! Thanks Precious Cargo for a great experience.

Company was suppose to take a group to NYC but the driver was "missing" for more than 24 hours and they didn't have a back up plan.

So they cancelled on our group 45 minutes after we were suppose to depart.

I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.

Our busses were 30 minutes late to pick our group up. After speaking on the phone with a very rude man, who I assume was the dispatcher, they finally showed up 5 minutes later. Turns out they were just parked, waiting at the wrong location and didn’t think it would be good to call after no one got on the bus after a half hour. We confirmed our booking 5 days ahead of time, so I’m a bit baffled as to how they got it wrong. The only reason I gave the second star was because the actual bus driver was friendly and apologetic for the mix-up; he did his best to still get us to our destination on time. But because of the man on the phone, I probably won’t use this company again

Good luck. I am looking to get transportation for a wedding. Over a week span I have left several voicemails and completed an online quote request. But I have not received anything in return. Very bad way of doing business.

I have used Precious Cargo for many private charter trips, they are fantastic to work with. I would recommend them or any invent! The driver Mac was fantastic as he guided us thru NYC.
