Preferred Heating & Air Inc, Dayton OH

I have used Preferred Heating and Air for several years now. I will only use them! Prior to contacting them I had several other companies do work for me and was never impressed. Preferred always comes out quickly, they are honest and are typically cheaper than other companies. They have repaired and replaced AC units at my residence and rental property. I highly recommend them!

Everyone went out of their way to help me with my AC issue! They were able to accommodate my tight schedule, and the technician, Vinnie, was persistent and was able to identify the problem and fixed it on the spot! The customer service at the office is outstanding as well! Very pleased with the experience.

I had to have the motor replaced on my heater, not only was the technician prompt, kind, friendly, and experienced, but explained what was wrong. He gave me options, but most importantly gave me a price and stuck with it. Highly recommend this fantastic company!
