Very informative and detailed experience. I went in for an emergency tooth issue, minor aches and pain that were usual, she did x-rays and seen that I was taken care! I love that place

My experience was very good and the hygienist took her time and made sure I was comfortable. She shared information with me about my teeth and gums. I would recommend Premier Dental of Dayton.

Place is a nightmare. Dr Head was great when she was there, but I believe she has moved on to another practice. Dr Moses spent 45 minutes grinding on 1 tooth just to hit the nerve of said tooth and refer me to an endo because they could not fix the problem. Not to mention the bloody gums I had for 3 days following the appointment due to the Dr. Grinding my gums down accidentally during the failed filling attempt. The end result was a temporary filling that half fell out after 4 days in the search to get my tooth fixed by another dentist since the endo I was referred to by Dr. Moses wouldn't answer my calls and extremely sore gums for a week after the visit. I will not be returning to this practice again.

The staff and dental hygienist Wendy was wonderful. Made you feel relaxed and not worried about dental work.

The whole staff is super friendly and nice from Amy the Office Receptionist and Wendy the Technician couldn't have been a better experience took the time to give me the best service Thank you A+

First visit. Dr. Moses was wonderful. She understood my anxiety about going to the dentist. She didn’t make me feel ashamed by not going to the dentist regularly. She understood my desire to get on track with my dental health. Shout out to Tiara who handled me with care from the moment she walked me back to the chair. She understood my anxiety as well. Even bigger shout out to Amy who checked me in and out. So personable! I was checking out and we connected about having all boys and before I left I had to ask for tissue because she had me in tears comparing our struggles of being the best mom we could be for our kids. Best dental experience EVER! PERIOD!

I'm a new patient having just moved back into the Clayton / Englewood area in the last year. So far, I have found that this is a good practice. The hygienist was really good about numbing a couple of sensitive spots I had and having a gentile touch overall. In general everyone there seems to get along work well together.
I would recommend this office to others.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Last month I showed up for my first appointment with Premeir Dental, they told me they mixed me up with another patient and since I “didn’t confirm my appointment” I had to wait almost 3 hours to be seen. I go in for a follow up appointment today, and they tell me I’m not on the books for today either and they don’t know when they’ll be able to see me. Not to mention the attitude, as if this was my fault. I then proceeded to get text notifications saying “We see you cancelled your appointment. ” Very unprofessional, do not recommend.

I had to get a chip tooth pulled today I did not feel a thing everyone was really nice and friendly I will recommend anyone to this dentist she did really good job

This place is amazing! The complete staff is 10 out 10…. Very clean and relaxing environment. So kind and helpful. I highly recommend.

My experience was proficient and well observed I believe. I thank you Doctor Head for your insight and understanding about my dental perplexities. I am definitely ashamed about my procrastination with my teeth and I know they are a major part of are health in general and appearance. And as much as we don't want this world to judge us by are outward appearance it still does. Thank you all and looking foward to my next visit God Bless and God speed.
