Premier Dental of Grove City

The staff is very personable and work with you on fixing your issues with your teeth. I feel comfortable going there and I hate dentist.

Dr. Kelly and the entire staff and Premier Dental of Grove City are fantastic! They made am dreaded experience so comfortable and were very relatable and kind!

I will definitely recommend Premier Dental of Grove City to all my family and friends. I came to Premier for a second opinion with a dental issue. After examining my tooth and X-rays I received honest recommendations with more than one option and felt empowered to make my own informed decision to move forward with the treatment of my tooth. I was relieved to have sound advice and felt encouraged by being offered choices. Not only did Premier make me feel extremely comfortable in the experience, but they also gained a new permanent customer. Premier is a dentist office you can put your full trust in that you will be handled with honesty and care ️

Seriously my visit was the biggest waste of time and money. It's a bunch of girls pretending to play dentist in there that will do nothing useful but bill your insurance for it. I walked out of there knowing nothing that I didn't already know. She basically just confirmed that "yup you sure do have a broken tooth just like u thought you did" they did ONE x-ray of the tooth, pushed around it then said "yup the tooth is broken. We r going to give you a referral to a endodontist and they can decide if you need a root canal. After you have the root canal, come on back and we will put the crown on. Oh and here's your estimate for the crown. " They stole my ONE free exam and x-ray for the entire year and did nothing useful. I do not recommend this office at all.
I also would like to include that the receptionist is an extremely rude sarcastic older lady that treats you like a complete idiot when you ask questions. She was not pleasant to talk to and did not represent the company very well at all.

I have a fear of the Dentist. They did amazing at putting me at ease. Staff was very happy, positive and easy to work with. Amazing place.

Friendliest staff and makes going to the dentist a pleasure if that’s possible. I’ve always hated the dentist until Premier Dental of Grove City. They will not take advantage of you and only give you a service you actually need.
Less than a 5 minute wait every time I go and in and out within 30 minutes. Unbelievable service in an amazing way!

This dentist is great. They are fast and thorough. My dog ate my mouth guard so I needed another one ASAP. They got me in the next day for new impressions!

I had an appointment to fill in three cavities. The dentists were both very, very sweet, but when one started drilling, my mouth wasn’t fully numb. They did numb it again, but that really hurt. Not only that, the other dentist that actually filled my cavities kept scraping my cheek, my gums, and my lips. She even dropped a small metal clasp filled with tiny screws in my mouth! I would have swallowed it if I didn’t catch it in the back of my throat. But she never said sorry, just “oops. ” Oops? You could have made me choke, or butchered my throat! I didn’t feel confident or safe with either one of them. My cheeks and gums and lips were busted up for days. Right afterwards, they booked be for another appointment, but after further reflection, I think I’m going to find someplace that cares enough to not scrape my mouth up.

Surprisingly my experience was great. I have had many bad experiences with past dentists which is why I try to avoid them at all cost.
Needless to say I was very hesitant to go to a new dentist- because my last dentist new my fear of dentists- he would always give me a stress ball to help with my anxiety but I moved and it would be an hour drive each way- so I decided to come here, the x-Ray tech was great she told me everything she was doing every step of the way. My dental hygienist was great & the dentist was Amazing & friendly.

When I first started going to Premier Dental of Grove City things were good. That changed when the Dr. Wooten left and Dr. Stone took over. The first exam I had with him he walked into the room and never bothered to introduce himself he just started talking to the dental hygienist. He did the exam and called things out to the dental hygienist to record but never bothered to explain anything to me. Since nothing was said to me I assumed all was well. I wasn't thrilled with Dr. Stone but decided to wait until my next check up to see how things went before making a decision of whether I should stay with this practice or find some place new. Six months later I came back for my regular check up and it was revealed to me that I have a rather large cavity and have had it since my last check up 6 months ago! No one bothered to tell to me anything about the cavity! Also, he told me I needed several other things done to my teeth -almost $400 worth of work that would be out of pocket. It turns out that estimate was for another patient. They didn't even realize they had provided me with another patient's medical and insurance information! Needless to say I got a second opinion from another dentist. The second dentist confirmed the cavity but told me the other work Dr. Stone said needed done is not necessary. Stay away from Premier Dental of Grove City!

I received excellent care and service from Premier Dental of Grove City again today. My cleaning, exam and x-rays were completed by their friendly, well-trained staff and the dentist was great too. If you need to find good dental care, check them out. I think you will be happy too.

While I have always been afraid of the dentist office, the hygienist and the dentist were both very kind, and very gentle.

I would recommend Dr. Wooten and his excellent staff to anyone looking for a dentist. Everyone goes the extra mile to make each visit as pleasant as possible.

I was hit in the head with the xray tool. She had to be reminded of the services we agreed to. Your office shows in my insurance group. In fact you are not. So I paid out of pocket and had my hr group print the details. As to which is covered at what location. I won't be going back.

Amazing amazing amazing staff. My kids and I been a patient here for about a year now and their staff have always made our visits as comfortable, inviting, and as quick as possible. They are very thorough and accommodating and are awesome with my 7 and 4 year olds. I would highly recommend!

Nice and friendly staff, very pleasant and professional. Easy to find location with parking. I also didn't have to wait long to be seen even though I'm a new patient.

I went in with right upper tooth pain, my mother was a dental assistant so I have some knowledge of the procedures and prices. I was hoping it was just a cavity but it turned out to be a fracture which is a crown and way more expensive but their assessment was correct and their prices accurate. They were very kind and helpful even with news I was hoping not to hear. I will continue all my future dental care there.

The staff at this location are super sweet and thoughtful. They understand my dental anxiety and help me feel comfortable and pain free.

I was very anxious about going since I have not been to a dentist in awhile, but everyone put me at ease and never once did I feel judged. I will definitely be making them my regular dentist!
