Initial Impression, First-Visit, Excellent... I was Pleased with the Office Personnel and Environment...

Amazing team. We had some challenges on my initial appointment, so the doctor and team opened up on a Friday, their regularly scheduled day off, to do my work.
From my perspective, everything went magnificently.

My daughter (5yr) had her very first dental appointment here. Every single person from the front desk, to the hygienist, to the doctor was genuinely super friendly and accommodating. My daughter was terrified to begin with, but halfway through her cleaning she sat right up in her chair and said "I was scared when I first got here, but now I'm not scared at all! " She asked me if we could come to this dentist every time and the end of her visit. Thank you guys for being so awesome and making my daughter excited to go to the dentist!

Great experience, everyone was so kind and informational. I am not one that is real comfortable with the dentist, and the whole staff was so kind and friendly, which put me at ease. I went in with a broken tooth on a Tuesday, they were able to get me a partial temporary on Thursday, right now I am waiting on my crowns which should be in this week. In between all of this they were able to get me in for a cleaning.

UPDATE: I had to have an additional exam after my cleaning. Dr. Wotring is the frankest dentist I've had since I was a little kid. The staff is very friendly. My cleaning was scheduled before I left. I received financing options for dental work as well.

They made my daughter feel comfortable. Actually took the time to explain things and teach.

I had a very good experience today, it's been a while since I've been to the dentist and I was transparent that the dentist does give me a little anxiety. I was open about them just being transparent as to what is going on so I wasn't misinformed and everyone was great. Explained what they were doing and super patient with me. Have to say it was the first visit so obviously not a whole bunch but x-rays and exam. But absolutely love the professionalism I experienced today thanks.

I love this office. I am normally very anxious when it comes to dental work. I explained my anxiety and was treated with such genuine kindness and compassion. Even when I started crying because my nervous were on edge, instead of being patronizing, both Leanne and Dr. Matt calmly reassured me, and even wiped a few of my tears. I highly recommend this office.

If you’re looking for a hometown feel, this is it! Premier Dental has a welcoming staff, and are always available to tend to your needs. From answering questions, to completing your dental service, they are thorough and considerate. The staff is friendly and little to no turnover, so they remember you each time. I love having a connection and building a rapport. There, you’re more than a patient to make money off of, you’re part of their community.

New to the area and went to Premier Dental, based on a recommendation, and was very happy with the office, the services and the dentist.

Dr Wotring and his staff are AMAZING! I had to get a crown done very unexpectedly and they all were so gentle, kind and welcoming! Walked me through everything as well! In the past I didn’t have the best experience with Dentist and this experience made all my worries melt away.
