Premier GMC, Rittman OH

Went for oil change and front brakes.rec oil change.then they tell me that I have to schedule another appt for brakes.the don't have the parts.go back another day for brakes.then they tell me I have to come back again to reset the brake monitoring system. 3 times to get done what should have been done on day 1.

Very flexible - I was running a few minutes late-let service know.it was no problem. They took good care of me and I even got car wash token!

In March of 22 they replaced left weatherstrip under my hood 2 weeks ago i noticed the weatherstrip was coming out of the hood I figured when I had my oil changed on the 8/16 they would see it since they had to open the hood and fix it. When I got home it was still sticking out ether they don’t care or the did not open the hood to change my oil. When I bought the truck John was super.the best salesman at a dealership I have seen.

I came there about a three weeks ago because my check engine light was on and my car was having issues. I explained it to them. They told me BOTH issues were fixed and I was good to go. It was not fixed. I had to call off work, and get rides to work because I wasn’t able to get to work with my car that you said was fixed. I get things happen but it was a simple fix (spark plugs and coils). It’s like you just fixed the check engine light which was a recall and hoped for the best that it would fix everything and sent me on my way. Did you even look at other possibilities that the two weren’t related?
