Worst hospital by far I have ever been to. These doctors kept me there for 3 days and didn't know what was wrong, along with putting me through all these medical procedures that cost me a fortune. Left there and went to St. Elizabeth hospital and they figured out what was wrong within 2 hours. Unless it is an absolute emergency, avoid this hospital.

Premier was a great company to work for. I’ve been there as an employee and as a patient. I was always treated with respect. Having to visit the ER during a work day at Miami Valley Hospital North, the staff moved expeditiously to treat me which stopped the situation from escalating. Thank you

Don't waste your time trying to contact them. I talked with some old lady who had no clue what was going on or how things were run. You can tell she wasn't computer literate which is an embarrassment and unacceptablethis day in age. She was telling me my insurance wasn't accepted when it's one of the largest in the nation and was listed on the website! So which is it? And then told me the earliest I can make an appointment was over 1.5 months away? Are you kidding me? No thank you. I'm going elsewhere.

Fine if you don't mind a convoluted billing system out of the 1990s. Most Healthcare providers have a much more modern website and payment system.
