Premier Health Urgent Care - Englewood reviews
17Went in with an ear and head congestion. The registration rep was nice. And, Katie the nurse was as well. Ashley the NP was good at finding the issues. Professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Wait time was small. Good work all the way around.
Dr. Dave and Anastasia were amazing, she said they are from the Centerville location - so I would 100% make the drive to see them in Centerville. Thank you both!
Excellent care! The PA Zach was very thorough and courteous. The secretary was also very welcoming upon my arrival. I booked my appointment online and was very satisfied!
I made my appointment the night before. When I got to the parking lot I checked in. They were ready for me a very short time later.
I saw the Dr. Was diagnosed and sent on my way with prescriptions.
Very efficient. No long waiting with other sick people.
The facility was very clean, the staff was wonderful and even with X-rays, we were out in a little over an hour. I did make an appointment and was seen at that time.
This appointment was a follow up to an ER visit. My wait time was longer than I expected. The NP was thorough and wanted blood work due to my low potassium.
I was traveling and not familiar with the location. When I walked in, the receptionist was extremely polite and helpful. Without an appointment, I was still seen after a few minutes. Super service by great people. Thank you.
From Jan at the front, the young lady who did my vitals, and Jeff the CNP they were all extremely kind, helpful, and made me feel like I mattered! So grateful for their professionalism and genuine concern!
Quick in and out, thorough and efficient. They took good care of me and I was done in less than 15 minutes.
I was waited on quickly. The doctor came in right away and ordered medicine I was able to pick up minutes later.
I was a walk in, checked right in, in no time. The receptionist was very professional and smiling. It seems nowadays people are not happy with their work and it shows in how you are treated. This was absolutely a pleasant experience thanks so much.
I had been having a problem and my doctor wouldn't see me until Monday. So Friday night I had to go see urgent Care 7: 00 p.m. The nurse practitioner mail was very professional and even got an extra person to watch because we had to go to my private area and he looked and was generally concerned and prescribed some medicine for me which I'm about to go pick up. Thank you very much
Made my appointment on line, no waiting when I got there. Everyone was pleasant and professional. I was in and out within 30 minutes or so. Would go back for any minor emergency…
GREAT place for care. Efficiency. Professional. Can see me the same day beats purpose of having a primary care whom never has anything available until a month out from when I try to seek care. Much more inexpensive than having to have x-rays done anywhere else and being billed for facility of exam and a radiology bill. Cuts both bills out and saves tons
The receptionist at the front desk was wonderful and the Nurse practitioner was delightful as well. But for some reason the African American Medical assistant has horrible bedside manner and unfortunately this is not my first time receiving this type of service from her. She was very short and ask questions but would not allow me to answer them. She does not treat you as patient that are already in distress because of the unknown but as an annoyance that she can't wait to be rid of. I am also African American so this is not about her race.
Over The past 3 days my son and another family member needed urgent care treatment because we couldn’t get into a doctor. First one was because of a holiday, for a laceration that needed sutures, second incident was for a urine dip/ possible kidney infection. Both of these cases were turned away and told to go to the hospital. They refuse treatment here when they don’t feel like working. (Which apparently is all the time.) I Was incredibly disappointed cause the first time I was here last year I thought it was a great experience, but whatever has happened since then has gone completely downhill. Treat your walk in patients OR find a different career field. You’re working in urgent care, you shouldn’t be picking and choosing who you WANT to treat, and constantly redirecting people to the hospital. If you can’t dip a urine then you have no business in urgent care, let alone the medical field…it is not a life threatening emergency and there is absolutely no need to redirect them to the hospital. Not sure if their upper management is AWARE how often this facility turns away patients, but I know if I was an owner of a medical facility I’d be keeping a close eye on how often this is happening. … and ya wonder why the waiting room is always empty.
