Dr. Teteris was amazing. He really listened to me and was very friendly. My entire experience with Avina was so smooth is was phenomenal. He performed my tubal and I have never felt in safer hands. My recovery was seamless. Can't thank this place enough!

Doctors are great, office stuff and billing extremely rude. Did my annual lab work to find out that their “standard” labs include Hep B and couple other std testings that are not covered by most insurance companies under preventative care and not under the list of recommended std testing from health care gov. At least they could provide paper or some sort of information that these tests are not part of recommended std testing and that a patient might be responsible for it. If I knew what are their standard std testing package, I would easily go to planned parenthood or My pcp and get it done for free. Well now I owe around 150$ for a test that could be free. Billing office was not helpful at all and basically said it was my responsibility to ask insurance what is covered and not (which I agree), but I expect from the office to let me know what std testing is part of their “standard” package before proceeding so I have time to check and not just label it as preventative, which most patients assume that it is covered by insurance under annual checkup/preventative. They know that those two tests are not covered by most insurance companies and could at least inform their patients in advance. Doctors are great, office is horrible and rude and all about money. I no longer use their services anymore and it is because the way office runs their business. Billing basically acted like I don’t want to pay and their comment was “ well most labs cost more than 600$ for most patients, and you worried about 150$, just wanted to let you know”. What kind of comment is that? ! Basically Hinting to me “ be happy your bill is 150$ and not 600$”. That’s not helpful at all, instead of making that kind of inappropriate comments and being rude, help your patients to understand their bills and help them to use your services at minimum cost and with insurance covering most of it, so they can come back to you and not just worry about how much their unexpected cost will be from visiting your office.

My major issue with this establishment is that before a procedure was done the office called me and and left a voicemail telling me that they got prior authorization from my insurance company and that the procedure would be covered 100%. So I scheduled the procedure only to get a bill of over $1,000 afterwards. I went back and forth between the insurance company and the doctors office. When it comes down to it they should not have told me it would be covered if they were not 100% sure.

In addition, wait time is often ridiculously long and they seem to not really value the patient’s time.

I will be finding a new provider.

The doctors are awesome! Dr. Adkins is my "official" doctor, but Dr Paraskos delivered my baby via csection. Both showed great wisdom and bedside manner when my water broke at 22w5d and then again when my baby was delivered at 25w5d. So thankful for this group of physicians and will definitely be using their services again!

Love the doctors and love the staff! Very comfortable environment. I went through my first pregnancy with them and they were all amazing!

I am obsessed with Dr. Cacchio. She is absolutely wonderful and made my labor a breeze with my second child, whom she delivered. She brightens up whatever room she walks into with her energy and kindness. I took away a star because whoever answers the phones at Premier Women's Health comes across as absolutely cold, uncaring, unfriendly, and borderline rude - a person or persons who should not work in healthcare and certainly not customer service. However, Dr. Cacchio is so good that I'm willing to put up with it. Please think about re-training or getting new personalities at the phone. Some of the women calling into the office are calling at a vulnerable and fragile time depending on what their situation is, and they should be treated with care. A rude voice is the first impression of your practice and well, it's ugly.

Love Dr. Jenkins! Been going to him for about 10yrs. He is caring and listens. He spends time explaining things and educating.

I been a patient with this office for over a decade and never had any problems until after I had my son. I would come for my appointment And while waiting to be called back the receptionist come out to the waiting area and tell me about a balance that I hadn’t even received the bill for in the mail asking how do I want to take care of it. I don’t have a problem paying my bills but let me know what it’s for before you go asking me for money.

Love dr cacchio. The staff can be rude when taking calls and I have called the billing department with no answers every time for the last 2 weeks. Very frustrating.

If you want a doctor to tell you your problems are from eating too many cheeseburgers, and if "you're socially ready to have a baby" even with a large fibroid to just go ahead Dr. Todd Jenkins is for you!

I love Dr. Cacchio and Dr. Paraskos! They are the best Doctors ever. The reason for my one star is because of the front office staff. I called there to schedule an appointment and was told I owe $37.00. I asked was a bill ever mailed. The girl on the phone put me on hold, came back to the phone and said " sorry to have to pay it! " I had no problem with paying something I owe. I wanted to know what it was for and when did they mail a bill. She kept putting me on hold, finally came back and said " I cannot schedule your appointment without paying the $37.00. " I told her I have never seen a bill for this! I always take care of what I owe! I asked if I could pay it when I come in so I can see what I am paying for. She said "No". She advised if I wanted to know call the billing office. I called the billing office-no answer.
I have been a long time patient with this office. To be talked to any kind of way over $37.00 is unacceptable. As I stated I love the Doctors there, but the office staff is not very kind at all.

When we discovered I was pregnant I decided to switch to this practice as I preferred to deliver at Dublin or Riverside hospital instead of Mt. Carmel. I originally was seeing Dr. Donlon who is great! But due to her hours and my work schedule I had to switch to Dr. Jenkins so as to avoid using up too much of my sick time. He is also great and I have continued to see him since! When I went into labor it was Dr. Teteris who delivered my son and I feel he is a very nice and capable doctor even with the brief interaction I had with him. Also the nurses and office staff here are always friendly and helpful. I would reccomend this practice to both friends and family!

The BEST Doctors I've ever been too. Have seen them since 2002 and they delivered my three boys. We recently moved to North Carolina and I would give anything to have them here for our fourth child. They really are amazing!
