14The services and the theatre was good. I liked the popcorn here But few things management need to consider for maintenance including cobwebs, dirt, tidying walls and floors etc.
Theatre is filthy all the time.especially the bathrooms…totally disgusting! Manager must have a little man complex and thinks he’s the theatre dictator, very arrogant and rude. I was in the back row by myself with only 6 other patrons in the entire theatre and received a text about a family member passing (phone was on silence so it didn’t make a sound) but he came up behind me and told me to put my phone away or he would through me out. Seriously? This guys got a problem and with his attitude he’s going to totally run our little theatre, (that’s already struggling) out of business completely. What a joke!
Was at the theatre Tuesday, September 12th, employees were very polite and nice as always. Theatre is always clean and popcorn always fresh, overall it’s a great experience. Only problem was an extremely loud and rude woman. She was texting and the manager happened to come in, he was very polite and asked her to please stop texting. She was extremely offended and continued to text after he left. After the movie, we overheard her loudly complaining and outraged that she was asked to stop texting! So just incase she sees this, I took some pictures for her.
Edited to add, after reading some reviews, Regina Bradford, I’m betting this was you. You say your text was about a family member passing. But yet you stayed for the movie?
This is a clean, nice movie theater. The seats are comfy, the popcorn is hot, and the staff is VERY helpful. The important thing is to ask questions ahead of time if you have any out of the ordinary requirements.
I have a relative who is immune compromised. They went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful when we went to the theater.
They have a few out of order video games and such in the lobby, but I don't know if that's actually their responsibility.
Even when faced with a rush of customers, many of which had children with them, the staff behaved cool and calm, and better than some of the parents!
The seats are larger than the next theater over in Zanesville, and they have discounted tickets on Tuesdays.
Awesome they remodeled sine the last time I was there! Very comfortable seats! Had a great time!
The theater it self was good front and bathroom especially was dirty with flooding toilets a caution signs every where staff was pretty friendly seats were amazingly comfortable.and the supported the movie sound of freedom
Saw Sound of Freedom. First time to a theatre since the 20th Century! 30 minutes of mind numbing commercials!
I was so disappointed when we found out our movie wasn't gonna be shown because of the projector being broken.
The place was very clean and the seats are amazing. Every movie theater should have seats like this one
Good place love coming here local, but one guy that works here like to discriminate, I have a medical card, I smoked at home, came to the theater and got told I smell and need to step outside and tbis has happened twice. But someone can come in smelling like liquor and don't get asked to step out because they smell. Lol
Comfy seats and fun time; theatre screen glitched a bit though but not really enough to disturb anything
Watched multiple movies here, bathrooms are kinda gross, and the movie kept skipping. The seats is what makes this a three star.
Movie was blurry, sound was bad, the entire place was a mess. Trash cans overflowing, bathrooms disgusting. The place used to be better but looked like they haven't cleaned in a week.
Friendly okay theater. The Avatar movie I could care less about. Walked out when one had befriended a whale. Just not my type of movie. The original was better.
