Prestige Gardens, Marysville OH

My sister recently spent time at Prestige and I can't thank the staff enough for their kindness to her and our family. We visited daily and found the staff to be informed, compassionate, caring and attentive. The care she received in their dialysis services was above and beyond. The few very minor concerns we had were immediately addressed and with a friendly attitude.

A gentleman and his service dog, Sheba, visits weekly and it brought a smile to all of us who were greeted by her lovely voice. It seemed the longer term patients knew her well and she brings a lot of joy to them.

Each window has a place for a bird feeder and my sister enjoyed seeing the beautiful birds visiting at her window. Though she didn't participate in the activities, due to her lack of strength, the calendar listed a lot of activities that are creative and inclusive.
They also have a hair salon for residents.

My sister spent time in other rehabilitation care centers over the years and this is honestly, the first time I can say I didn't feel guilty, when leaving from a visit, because I felt confident she was receiving attention around the clock.

I have watched this facility grow in such a positive way. I am genuinely proud to be part of their team!

There seems to be way too many administrative employees and not enough worker bees.

If I could give this place a NEGATIVE rating, I would! I wouldn't bring a dying dog here. Some of the staff are great but the rest are horrible. Way too many chiefs and not enough indians.

They really don’t deserve 1 star. They’ll make you take care of 50 residents all by yourself and have the audacity to say “it’s only med pass” no wonder why these residents dont receive adequate care. SMH

If i had to have rehab this is where i would go. The patients and staff are like family there.

My mother was sent there for rehabilitation and I’m not to thrilled with the place.she sat there for close to a week with no TV bc they we’re having cable issues. So she laid there staring out the window for the whole time she was awake. She also stated one of the nurses was mean to We also have not received her property. We keep getting the run around when we call to see if they have found them.

One star is way too high! It should be criminal to claim to take care of their patients. I am telling you not to put your loved ones in there. Even other patients knowing we were new here told me to take my somewhere else. Two different patients! My list is so long with negative things. I found out a few minutes before I took her out AMA she had not received her pain medicine since she went in there. She’s 93 and suffered a fall! Reporting them to the Ohio state board of health!

A dear friend has been receiving rehab at Prestige and I am very impressed with all that is offered there. The facility is clean and inviting. I have found the entire staff, from all departments, to be caring, and knowledgeable. Her rehab has been exceptional. I am a retired RN and expect high quality of care from any healthcare facility I am in contact with. And Prestige Gardens in Marysville has impressed me.

If there was a zero Prestige Gardens would get it, I have never seen a place treat their employees so poorly. Management needs to be changed and they need to be trained on equal opportunity employment. The discrimination I saw to a disabled worker was despicable. I will never step foot in this facility again nor will any of my loved ones.
