Very fast turn around time on my repair. He did the work on site, he let me stay and wait. The other place I had gone to gave me a 6-8 week time frame & they send my ring somewhere. I just don’t trust that.

These people persistently close early and do not stick to their posted hours from their Website and physical sign on the door. I get that things happen, but….

Excellent work done by master craftsmen (including the owner) on site. We were very pleased with the custom jewelry.

It was my first time at this store and I was looking to fix a thin chain necklace. The owner was super nice and within a few minutes fixed the chain, and didn't even charge me. The store is beautiful, with great selection. I'll definitely choose to shop at Prestige the next time we're jewelry shopping!

I received excellent service with Jamie - personal and knowledgable. I had a necklace shortened and am very happy with the results in terms of timing, quality, and cost. She also helped me find some earring back solutions for a particularly delicate pair of earring posts I have, and consulted on one other repair I was considering and gave me an honest assessment that did not result in them doing the work. My ring looks great! The prongs it came with were rounded and I never cared for them. Now they are sleek and show more of the stone. It is a whole new look and I can’t believe it looks this good. So happy now.

I can’t say enough about this place. I was given some poor advice from another jeweler. Steven fixed my grandmothers ring and it looks exactly like it did in her wedding photo. Brand new, I am overwhelmed.

My husband took a gold ring there for an approximate value. We were told it wasn’t gold even though 21k is written on the inside. He was told it was worth 25$ after the sales clerk took it back to the jeweler. Thank goodness! I took it to a real jeweler who knows what they are doing. I have a written appraisal for 3400.00$. It weighs 9.16 of 21 k gold. Real gold! If I had sold it for 25$ I would have lost 3400.00$. Shame on you prestige jeweler.

My wedding set looks so great. Glad I can keep it after other jewelers said it couldn’t be fixed. You saved me money and I can enjoy this for a long time.

Steve and Jamie worked with me to make custom wings for my grandkids and I. These wings have the aches of my daughter melted into the silver. They were very understanding and had patience with me. They are engraved on the back and stones on the wings. Beautiful workman ship. Everyone that has seen them are amazed. Top quality work. Wonderful and loving couple.

Dropped my broken chain off Tuesday for repair, it was ready two days later. So fast and you can’t even tell it was broken and repaired. Looks brand new.

When you are giving your valuable jewelry to someone for repair, you would expect them to be honest, helpful and polite. The owner missed the mark on all of these key important business points. Not only was the owner brash, snarky and demeaning he also tries to up-charge you for services after he set the price. He even argued with me when questioned about why there was an almost 40% increase for the work performed. At least give the customer a call and let him or her know it's going to be more expensive.
I am shocked that this place is still open.
