Preston Motors is always professional and easy to work with.they are doing repairs on my truck.they had contacted Enterprise and my rental was waiting for me when I arrived. Frank always takes care of everything his customers need.great place to work with when you need auto repair or care.

Armouni got me right in a new Buick lacrosse and was very helpful in the process of doing so. Also took his time to make sure I was making the right decision with what plan I chose to go with. I’m a quite picky person so definitely gave him some tire kicking but was very patient with me! Would definitely recommend Preston and especially Armouni as he knows what he’s talking about and you can tell he’s been doing this a while.

Friendly staff and sales crew. Quick financing process. Josh was great walking me through setting up my new Bronco. Non-refundable deposit on the in-transit vehicle and a pricey up charge on a high demand vehicle are the reason for 4/5 stars.

Easy transaction, not sure why anyone in their right mind would even consider buying a vehicle anywhere else, amazing staff from Darrell, Andy and Greg all the way down the line to the finance folks. This is about 11 cars and trucks for my family. Oh, and a shout out to Curt Riddle for my help with me. Thank you again, loving the Superstore in downtown Burton!

Their service department is awful! They do more harm than good! Mr. Preston said he d make it right; when we got our car back not only was the damage we ve been complaining about (exposed primer) NOT repaired they didn't even wash it!? !? They ve had my car there for a month to repair the undercarriage damages & didn t even repair where it pushed thru my floorboard! Damaged leather, damaged our mirror as we were signing papers!? !? Incompetent! I am at a loss here because we can t afford to repaint what they ve done! Is this a bad joke! I am horrified to even return for warranty repairs! Honestly if I could have my money back that is exactly what we d do at this point!

Josh Churney was great to deal with when purchasing my new F-150 and continues to help me out months after the sale. This is the second truck I've bought at Preston, need I say more?
Also I've been dealing with David in service for some time now he's a straight shooter and helps me maintain my truck. He and the rest of Matt's crew in Ford service aretop notch.

Preston Ford has a great team, top to bottom. The sales team did a great job and helping me get my new truck at an amazing price. I went in on a Thursday to talk through needs and desires, expecting to not find the right truck for a while. The team was able to find the right truck, at the right price, get it shipped to the dealership and I was able to drive it home Friday afternoon. They only get a 5/5 because I can't give them a 10.

Great experience all around. Our salesman Josh Cherney helped us find an amazing deal and had a lot of patience while we were getting financing through the bank. He did everything he could to make the process smooth. We would absolutely do business with Preston again.
