Thoroughly explained many aspects of the vehicle and the Mazda app. Nick was able to demo some music with the cars pulled in the garage a week prior. He answered a lot of questions right on the spot. Showroom is clean. Everyone is so welcoming! This is my first Mazda. I got into the car, said it was mine, and took it home a week later. My friend who was with me took one home as well! We just purchased a CPO CX-5 from Preston. Everyone was friendly. Hailey welcomed us and spent lots of time finding just the right vehicle for our needs. Service helped by answering some other questions and Bill helped finish the deal in a courteous snd friendly manner. Finance dept got all the paperwork completed quickly so we could make it to our other appointment. My apologies to those whose names I forgot but their help is appreciated. We had a great experience with Scott at Preston Mazda. They were super busy, but he never made us feel rushed, answered all of our questions, and really listened to what we were wanting in a vehicle. The entire staff was friendly, and we never felt like we were being pressured to buy. We are thrilled with our new car and very happy with the entire experience!

The sales guy i spoke was awesome, treated you like a person not a paycheck. The reason for the one star is because the finance guy was super pushy, had to tell him 4 times i wanted to take my time to think about it before he gave up. If the sales guy i had was smart i woulnt let the finance guy talk to a customer until financing came into play.

Great service. They were very friendly. I came early and they took me right in! Plus I received a complimentary oil change! I was very pleased with the service that I received. I will definitely buy another Mazada.

Our service visit was unexpected but we were quickly given an appointment and our Mazda was worked on to find the problem. We appreciate Tiffany keeping us informed as they diagnosed our problem. It is a pleasant waiting area so that helps pass the time.
