Pretty Nails and Spa, Fairlawn OH

Service was average. Have had better. The place didn’t have options for pedicures. Only offers basic and no hot stones and one nail tech was horrible had to have the redone and finally the third time a different nail tech had to take over and she did fine. Will never go back

Paula the nail tech was very good. It was tricky what I asked for but she did it. I recommend this place for sure

I have never wanted to cry during an appointment because such a poor job was being done. The first girl that removed my dip tore up my cuticles. The second lady that applied dip applied it very unevenly. You can see the lumps and bumps. She had to actually fix three different nails while she was working on me. When I scheduled my appointment, I stressed I wanted nail art. I showed her two different pictures as samples of what I wanted. I told her I wanted the open heart and just a couple lines it would be fine if she just got something close to the samples. She couldn’t do the lines so I told her I would settle for the open heart. She couldn’t do that either. She tried multiple times until I asked her just to wipe it off. She finally put four different little hearts on my nails and they look horrible. I just kept telling her it was fine because I wanted to leave. If you want dip powder done, do not go here. I came here because of the very good reviews and pictures of the other nail art. What a waste of $60. The worst part was she knew, it was a bad job.

Amazing experience! I was here for a little work trip and wanted to get mine done.everyone was so lovely and they even gave everyone a little christmas gift so sweet!

I will NEVER come back! I came back to see if their wrong could be corrected. *back story. I had come here to get a pedicure for my daughters funeral. I was already upset and stressed then for my appointment NOT to be honored just added to my duress*
I came back to see how they could "correct" it. I was offered a measly 10% off! (What an insult) Are you kidding me? !? ! I asked for a pedicure at no charge and was turned down.they could have at least made a better offer that would have been acceptable. NEVER AGAIN WILL I WASTE MY TIME OR MONEY HERE!

So far not impressed. Made an appointment and 45 minutes later still waiting.
Why have an appointment if they're not to honor it?

I went there with 2 of my friends an we called ahead of time to ask how much they were gonna be and the guy on the phone said it was gonna be 50 dollars with tax for a full set of nails so we went to the salon an checked in an then they got with us right away, the lady doing my friends nails did not take her time, and didn’t even paint her nails all the way, my nail lady was good but she was rough and made a few of my nails bleed.my nails aren’t even the same length and when we went to check out it was 197 dollars after the dude told us over the phone it was gonna be 160 so that had already made us mad and we didn’t ask for gel but they charged us for gel.worst experience i ever had will not be going back.

Manicure was.very minimal & if not a gel manicure, only clear polish was used which only lasted 1 day. Nails were clipped but not shaped. The cuticles were left ragged. The pedicure was nothing spectacular. My toenails were left somewhat ragged as well. I definitely would not return.

Worst manicure ever. Basic manicures are not included in services and technician did a terrible job and made no attempt to fix it.

It’s been awhile since my last visit and the salon has a new owner. The service was mediocre and for $67 it was very disappointing I don’t mind paying for a good experience, unfortunately it was fair and I’m being kind. Maybe my manicurist is new

Melody did a fabulous job with my pedicure today! Literally the best pedicure I’ve ever had and at a really affordable price. I will definitely be back to see her again. Thank you Melody!

This place is terrible I had the guy in the back I got my nails done the Friday before Mother’s Day todays which is may 21st I have 4 nails left the guy was rude told me he hated me and everything like that Rushed to do my nails and also rushed me from his chair for my nail jewelry I will not recommend this place nor person to any one terrible customer service n very bad experience with my nails smh that costed me 75 dollars full set at that! ZERO STARS!

Worst Nail salon I have ever been!
This was my first experience in this place. These two old guys trick you and make you to pay more than the actual prices. I used to go other places they usually charge me 50 dollars for just gel polish hand and foot but in this place they charged me 85 dollars which is bit expensive. Also the polish doesn’t look good it’s came out ugly.

Yesterday I went to get my nails and feet done and it was my birthday and they put happy birthday on the screen for me and gave me cupcakes and 10% off it’s always great every time I go great customer service and they were so nice to great way to make my 18th birthday!
