Primanti Bros., Niles OH

Primanti bros. Is always solid, but they need to start bringing back the stuff they took off the menu from when covid started. Everyone misses that chips n queso!

The sandwich was ok. I still think the best prep of the Pittsburgher is in the strip district location.

Great environment, very generous servers, delicious food, and cheap drinks! Happy hour is definitely the time to go.

This is my go to Prim Bros when I can’t make it to the Strip District or Forbes Ave places in Pittsburgh (the best 2 IMHO).
Friendly staff and excellent service. If you have to choose between Grove City and Niles.it’s a clear choice. Niles!

Always great food and service. Eat here several times a year. Always get there Pittsburger and a draft beer.

Very delicious, the waitress was awsome and very attentive.the only thing is if you bigger in the waist - go with a table. The booths are a little tight

I put one star because it wouldn't let me make a post with zero. I was refused entrance because I had no mask and I'm not permitted to wear one because of my medical situation. I gave the hostess numerous opportunities to get a manager or try to correct the situation but was told to leave. Upon calling the manager and sitting out front he basically told me too bad you should have read the sign and then when I said I'll be in contact with you my name is Jay what's your name he hung up on me. Nice job Primanti

Extremely overpriced for low grade small proportioned food. One of the worst restaurants in the area if not THE worst. This place is actually depressing and the food literally tastes like it was the cheapest they could find. Got a chicken sandwich and it came with just the chicken on plain un toasted stale bread. Not even a bun. Ordered 4 things for 4 people and got one napkin. Cheese on the cheese fries tastes like plastic - the movie theatre has better food and this is coming from an unbiased opinion. Save your money and go to a better restaurant - or even a fast food place, an arbys or chic fil a has better quality food for less $$$ than these people. Going here is like scamming yourself

Ordered 3 sandwichs to go when i arrived i call the number on the outdoor sign to get help it was busy for about 10 mins staff was walking back and forth in front of the door no one bothered to ask if i needed help there was also a younger girl there that had been the linger than me when i got our food and got home the order was all mixed up no coleslaw asked for fries on the side didnt get them all and all i bad experience

When I actually get what I order, the food is really good. The issue is actually getting it. It is a rarity when my food isn't messed up in some form. I once ordered the cajun chicken sandwich and I got a turkey sandwich instead. Additionally, I ordered something for pick up and they immediately cancelled my order. I called and all they told me was that they aren't taking orders anymore, despite it being two hours before they closed. But yea, when the service is okay and you get what you ordered, its a good place.

It was wonderful to eat out and have a wait service wait on us after eating in for covid-19 for 3 months!

I gotta say, this place knows how to hire stellar people. I have only had awesome waiters here.

Their menu after 9PM is excellent, the bartenders especially Cassandra makes perfect drinks and shots.

I expected more. The taste was bland, the ratio of meat to cheese to French fries was off, and all marked up as mediocre at best.
I wouldn’t come back again, or recommend it at that.

Before rating I strongly suggest you eat at an original primante bros in the burgh. I hate even stating the fact I went into a store not in Pittsburgh. But. I was talked into going and not bad at first. I'm used to the original set up and decor but I get it's in Ohio don't is what it is. Was sat pretty prompt. Waitress was decent in a timely manner. No real complaints. Now for the food. Menu should be a primante menu and not a complete change. Plates? Plates? SMH.stick with the paper. Fries do not in any sense of taste even compare to the real fries. They are terrible. The slaw kind of tasted like it should but it's definitely not. I don't know what the protocol is for the newer restraunts opening all over. But I think if you have the primate name you should have the primate taste. Again. Go eat at an original to experience a true primante. Not a bad experience as a restraunt but dissapointed 100% with the food and menu.

We had pretty much ignored the Primanti's at Eastwood Mall as I wasn't sure the menu was for me. That being said, my husband and I have been there twice now in the last two weeks. The food is awesome! The servers both times were excellent. Unfortunately, I didn't get the young man's name the first visit but today we had Trevor who was friendly and attentive the whole time we were there watching the Indians game. Thank you for a great experience and keep up the good work!

Great food! I had the grilled chicken sandwich and fries. It was excellent! Service was excellent too! Great place!

Not bad but lacks some taste. Fills you up but lacks in taste department if you get one of their sandwiches.

Sunday Happy Hour is just sad.they call half a wing a whole wing, last 2 times I came the wings were under cooked.they jib on sauces all the time, I had an order of wings come out with literally no sauce before.
