PrimaryOne Health Parsons Ave Location reviews
5 Updated: Unfortunately, it has become so much harder to get appointments than ever before but they do have quite a few practitioners working there & offices all over. I haven’t had any issues since my last review besides the appointments. I guess that’s not a huge thing though. Always been a really good doctors office for me & my family.
They have always been great every time I've came in by myself or with my kids. The nurses & the doctors have also been very understanding & always seem genuinely concerned. Plus, the office is always clean & bright
I wanted to give an extra Kudos for the receptionist at the front desk on 7/26 she had long curly hair and she’s pretty. Also she passes out candy! She heard my cry and she went up and beyond to get my return to work paper faxed… Lord knows we need more understanding people like her. Dealing with all type of raciest and I’ve never seen her fall apart and the line was extra long one day and she kept her cool. Thank you Jesus for her.
It makes no sense that I should have to wait on hold for an hour just to schedule an appointment for my sick daughter to be seen. Most likely switching pediatricians. Ridiculous and ghetto.
Ok but didn't care for some of the ways they had handled things. We had a situation where I was on meds and instead of just asking me about my meds I am prescribed from my doctor they waited till I walked out at the end of my son's appointment then wouldn't allow my husband to walk out the room they detained him and questioned him about my meds like we had done something wrong. I do not agree with the way they handled this. It was like they was accusing me of being a bad person and stereotyping me due to a medication I was given by a doctor
They have neglected my parents to the point of endangering their lives. I’m now contacting the state medical board to get something done. They have almost killed my parents
