Pristine Clean, Berea OH

We were driving on 480 on October 16 at 12: 30 p.m, and one of their drivers was driving onto the highway, cut us off, and merged when they had to yield. Then, he proceeded to drive diagonally to the fast lane, cutting other people off. I've heard great reviews, and it's unfortunate that these drivers are the ones who represent your company.

In response to their reply: Funny enough, I actually called twice, and both times, nobody answered, and I was directed to voicemail.

Quick response for appointments. Thorough job. Did not realize how dull my house was until it was cleaned. I know my siding was green in places from moss. The other parts of the house was so clean I was amazed since it did not look that dirty to me, but it was!

We initially had some issues after getting our house and sidewalks powerwashed. The company reached out to me and made the situation right, which we appreciated. We are understanding people and know that mistakes happen, but the fact that they went out of their way to fix the mistake went a long way.

Team was fast and efficient and the salesman Austin was great to work with on what needed done, I will use them again in a couple years for re-sealing my driveway.

A professional service representative named Victor did a wonderful job power washing on my house & removing algae of my roof. Very pleased with the service they provided

Luke from the Gutter Boys cleared our gutters recently. He was polite and professional and worked thoughtfully and quickly. The gutters were thoroughly cleaned and it was impressive how much junk was removed from them. Fairly priced and worth the peace of mind to have a pro do this type of work so I don't fall off my roof and end up in the ER.

From start to finish, the experience scheduling and having the work done was wonderful! Eric W and his crew were polite and respectful before and during the process. I highly recommend The Gutter Boys & Pristine Clean!

I had a new driveway poured may of 23, I wanted to get it sealed before winter so I called this company and after he guaranteed it would NOT change or stain the drive we agreed to have them come out. Once the tech arrived I told him the drive was newer and he said he could only “soft wash” the drive. Smelled like they were using a bleach type wash. After the wash it still had grime and I didn’t want to seal over it.

The worst part is now my 20k driveway has a rust color and specs all over. It’s completely stained in various spots and looks terrible.

Bottom line if you have a new expensive driveway this is the last company you want to hire.

The technician that came to my house was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and did a great job cleaning and sealing my driveway. I would definitely recommend Pristine Clean and use them again.

I enjoyed having James as my technician. He arrived, explained what he was going to be doing in the process of cleaning and sealing my driveway thoroughly and professionally. He was a quiet young man but did his work with pride. The price was very reasonable for the task. I would recommend Pristine Clean for all your pressure washing needs.

The power wash of my driveway and sidewalk provided by Pristine Clean I’d definitely awesome. Water beads up on the surface and rolls off. The technician was clear about what he’d be doing and the after care needed until it dried. I highly recommend Pristine Clean. I watched my neighbor do his own driveway... 3 days later he’s still doing touch ups.

My request for a quote was answered almost immediately. Everyone was polite and professional. The tech called before showing up and was actually a few minutes early. The driveway looks 100% better, and I can see the sealant working when it rains. I would absolutely use them again.

After soliciting for a reliable and trustworthy company we decided to give Pristine Clean the opportunity to service our drive and walkway. The technician Eric Walker arrived on time as he stated he would and even though I wasn’t home, I could see that he respected our home, and vegetation and began the process of restoring our filthy driveway. My wife said he took his time and went over areas that were a bit more in need of deep cleaning. I would not only recommend Pristine Clean and I’m more than sure that all of their technicians can do the job, but I’ll ask for Eric to come back and service our outdoor cleaning needs.our drive was replaced roughly ten years ago and other than myself taking the pressure washer to it, this was the first professional cleaning and sealing, I wish I had taken pictures before hand, but I know what it did look like and now I see the finished product.
