Decided to go in for a quick nail polish. I taken about 75% of my own job polish off. They were still some left on the edges. I get it. She cleaned up my toes, repainted them. I did not expect for it to be $37. I was thinking I might as well have gotten a regular pedicure at that point. I gave him a two star because the lady was actually really really nice. It just is crazy. I guess lesson learned next time. I need to ask how much because this is just out of control price gouging on a $10 bottle gel nail polish

I had such a horrible experience. I walked in and was told the wait would be 40 minutes. That was ok with me, so I waited inside. As I’m sitting there at least 7 different people came after me and were taken back for service. I didn’t complain; I just assumed they had prior appointments. An hour and a half goes by and no one reassures me my time is near, so I asked how long it would be. I was told 15 minutes. Since then, another 45 minutes passes. I asked again and was told someone was finishing up. After waiting another 15 minutes, I just left. I waited over two hours and was never seen. Horrible time management, communication, and customer service. I will never go back.

So great for cuticles and nails! Book with Samone… she’s awesome! Great experience! Great selection for colors and all nail types… walk-Ins welcome and kinda busy, so that speaks volumes!

Told me it was and hour wait and they would call me when they were ready. Call 45 mins later and tell me they are about ready to head back that way. I check in and and had to sit another hour. How are you gunna tell a person it is an hour wait when clearly I wait two hours. If u are on a time schedule don’t wait ur time

I have never felt more unwelcome in a salon. I called about an hour and a half before closing asking if they had an availability. The receptionist said that if I got there by 4: 45 (they closed at 6) I could get an appointment. I got there by 4: 35, and immediately the receptionist was incredibly unprofessional. As I was picking out my color, I could clearly hear her talking to a nail technician about how rude it was for me to come in when I did. If they didn’t want to serve me, they should’ve told me that on the phone instead of having me drive all the way out there. I decided to leave without getting my nails done because I felt so unwanted. They need to seriously reevaluate how they treat their clients.

I visited Prive nail spa in Fallen Timbers for the first time last week. Myself and a friend walked right in, picked out a polish color and were taken to pedicure chairs. I’ve been getting pedicures for over 20 years and have been to endless salons that have all been wonderful and stand behind the service that they provide to their clients. Prive has to be the WORST experience I’ve ever had!

The regular polish on my toes looked awful when I left. You could tell immediately that the girl put the clear coat on to soon and there was no shine to my toes. The shape of my toes was awful my feet actually hurt more after leaving then before going in from the file that she used on my toenails. Now I hesitated calling the salon to complain because honestly I never wanted to go back in there.

Today I decided to call the salon, I explained my dissatisfaction with my pedicure and was told they would have to “investigate” my pedicure and call me back! I received a call back within a few hours and was told that they would not refund my money but that I could come back in and they would fix the polish and reshape my toes. Let me mention that last week I paid $48 when I left for my pedicure. I decided to give them another chance and went back to the salon. I decided to pick out a gel color and let the front desk girl know that I was fine paying the extra amount to have the gel put on. On the website it states that you can add gel onto any pedicure service for $20! I did not get my feet soaked which was fine I didn’t expect that, the lady filed my toes once again with a sharp file that left more small cuts on my big toes, applied the gel polish and I went to checkout. The girl told me my total would be $33! I honestly stood there and asked her $33 for just the gel? She said yes! So $81 for the WORST SALON EXPERIENCE! So BUYER BEWARE this salon clearly doesn’t care about the client experience because they will just bring you back and take more of your money! Should be a red flag when you walk in and there is an ATM machine in the lobby and they only take tips via VENMO!

Gf went into get her nails done and when 6/10 of her nails were messed up not even an hour later they wanted to charge her FULL PRICE to fix THEIR mistake. I don’t know what kind of legitimate business can’t even warranty their work for an hour but I would highly recommend going somewhere else. Yelp is also full of people with pictures of jobs that didn’t hold up and the business refuses to take any accountability

Said walk ins go till 5: 30-6. Then wouldn’t let us walk in after we drove there. No appointments

As you can see from the pictures at first they were messed up. I had to pay to have them fixed, I spent an additional $16. They look good now, but had to call twice to get them to drop the price at all. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and even laughed at me when I asked if they could fix them.

Been here several times before, never a good experience. Came with a friend and they messed up her nails and refused to fix them unless she laid full price. Manager laughed in her face. Looks like a welcoming, calming environment but is NOT. Would NOT RECOMMEND.

Place is nice and they do a good job but the employees could be nicer. I put my number in for service and they never called. Ended up waiting 3 hours to get a pedicure

A group of girls and I were on the wait list for an hour and a half on Saturday. After killing time walking through the shops, we were called to come in. When we did, my friend had her quiet 7 month old with her and was told a baby cannot be in there unless they were getting a service. We were only there for pedis so why is it such an issue for one of us to hold her when only our feet would be worked on? Why is a womens client based business making it MORE difficult on moms who just want to do something small for themselves? This “policy” isn’t even posted anywhere in the building or online. Considering we have been there before and have seen toddlers playing on iPads while their moms are getting their nails done, we can’t figure out why we were told it was “against policy” - a policy that was magically created when we walked in the door for our appointment.

I walked in there after waiting 1.5 hour with my 7 month old, just to be told that I cannot bring the baby in for my appointment. The baby was content/ quiet and the only way were were allowed to stay was if I had the baby receive services. In this day and age, i am absolutely repulsed by this businesses decision to not let a working mother pamper herself with child in tow.

A group of us stopped in on December 9th and everyone was absolutely amazing accommodating us. Every staff member was amazing! Everyone loves their nails and will definitely come back when we are back in town!

I just called to get a service they answered said there wasn't much of wait so we drove 45 minutes to go, we arrive where we are turned away because i had my daughter who is in a carrier with me. I work in this industry as a side note here. Never once did they have it posted or mention no children allowed. I do understand rules but have them posted or say them so people don't waste their time, very unprofessional

Have been here multiple times never had issue until recently they told me 45 minutes I waited a hour and a half.pedicure was fine but man doing my dip manicure I told him I wanted a almond shape and he started chopping off my nails I asked him what he was doing and he said cutting to add on a tip is told him my nails are long enough and he just said oh okay.he then started filing my nails and cut the sides of every single finger on my skin. He was not even filing the nail as there was huge over hangs of dip powder and every finger was cut and raw. He was very aware since he was wiping the blood off my fingers as he was doing it. I do not do confrontation well so I let him finish. When i was done I let the girls know and they got the manager who was pregnant do not know her name. She called him up he shrugged and Her response was ridiculous she said sometimes accidents happen I said not to every single finger and he knew it and said nothing at the end no discount or sorry nothing. She looked at my fingers and said they are fine. I told her they were extremely unprofessional and only about the money not clients. She argued with me that they were fine. He legit had blood dripping from my fingers and was wiping them off. I paid and told them I would never be back and would spread the world. You can obviously see the reviews have been horrible anymore her DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY. My fingers were burning and hurting for a week after this. I pay to get my nails done not have painful expierences when I am trying to relax. Get a better manager who cares and employees who know what they are doing.
