Pro Nails, Fairborn OH

My wife went in to get her nails done when they first opened today. Sat there for more than a half hour without a single acknowledgment. Incredibly poor service. She ended up going elsewhere. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place unfortunately.

I absolutely am in love with my nails and how they turned out! The lady was great and i couldnt be happier with how my nails turned out. I’ll definitely be going back!

Pedicure 35.00 after fee and taxes 39. $$. No leg or foot sugar scrub unless you pay more. Massage was fast and hardly went up leg much. Felt very rushed.

Nice nail tech but worse pedicure I have EVER had! Left with dead skin still on my feet and dirt under my nails. Uneven nails. Just horrible. Total waste of money! Do not recommend!

Slappiest manicure I have ever had. 4 fingers bleeding. 1 star on customer service. 1st time customer here. I am not returning.

Worse place to go or to take your wife and children. They are very rude to young children,
Then they called the police the next day saying I threatened to kill them over the phone, was very racist to them for calling and asking why they don’t like young children. Very very poor choice of people working there.

Awesome nail salon! Friendly talented staff. Very clean. I have been a client since 2017. I get compliments on my nails. Would highly recommend.

The woman who was behind the counter when I entered told me two times that there would be time available for two pedicures in 15 minutes. I saw only three workers and three clients. So I started to explain that I had to leave in 90 minutes but she interrupted me and said "Wash your hands then sign the book"
I repeated as a question "You can do both our pedicures in 90 minutes? She said "yes, wash your hands, sign the book " 30 minutes later one of us was taken. After another 15 minutes I said I did not have enough time left to the worker we did have. I complained and she inferred that I should know better defending the others woman's manipulation to keep us in the shop thinking we would both be served. She completed the manicure for the person with me with only 15 minutes left for her nails to dry. There was absollutely not enough time for that one worker to do two of us in the 90 minutes and the man doing other pedicures was slow and distracted by the soccer game, oblivious to me waiting. When I confronted the woman who clearly lied about two workers being available in 15 minutes I was affronted by both the "owner" and the another worker and told in very nasty threatening ways that I was not allowed to complain and told to leave. The young man was extremely rude and used foul language. I would never allow children in that shop. I will not return either. Great way to run a business.

I have been coming here for several years for pedicures mostly & have been usually very satisfied. Recently however I have been disappointed to walk-in on a Saturday @ 5pm and was told they were closed. I went outside & read the sign which said the were open until 7pm so l went back in & said your sign says 7pm. The man at the desk said "WE ARE CLOSED COME BACK MONDAY. " This is the second time this happened. He was rude & I'm not going back.

My nails look new again & pedicure was wonderful. She worked wonders on my toes which I had abused.
