My mother had dropped me off at the van buren homeless shelter and ran something into me and towed my car because She wasn’t supposed to park in the correct spot, there is no signs stating this. Highly greedy and unprofessional.

Very shady, uses intimidation and psychological deprivation to control the employees. Expects absolute loyalty and commitment on top of 80+ hours of work a week. Terrible ethics and business practices all around.

I wish I could give them zero stars. The most unprofessional place I have ever seen. After requesting to discuss with a manager, a random guy that works there came and said that he was the manager. When I asked for his name he said that he is not going to tell me his name and I have to pay in order to solve this. I understand that this is their business but a business has to be professionally done.
Horrible experience.
Stay away from them.

Best place to get a tow. Obviously if your being impounded your not very happy but if your a customer, your probably pretty happy with the experience.

Tow truck driver was prompt, helpful and kind. As he was loading the car in our driveway (safe area with no traffic) he let my 4 year old grandson "work the controls" to raise the car up. Such a quick simple gesture but made our day. Thank you for showing kindness in an unexpected situation.

Pro-Tow has been my number 1 source for many years. Their customer service and ability to find creative solutions is second to none.

Let me just say, this company is a SCAM! My car got towed for being parking on the road in my own neighborhood. I spent majority of my morning trying to get it out of the impound. So not only am I paying $200 for something ridiculous, I’m losing money by missing work! The people doing “customer service” were rude. Not to mention they only accept cash to get your car out, so I hope you enjoy your DIRTY MONEY!

The staff was very efficient and nice, they helped me get all of the items from my car even the trunk that was smashed! They provided the tools and helped me retrieve my plates. They purchased my totaled vehicle and a notary was right there onsite to avoid further frustration. Thanks Guys, & Girls:)

I waited almost 5 hours for them to pick my car up, the "window" was 4 hours between 8am and 12pm nobody showed up and nobody called. I called them about 4 or 5 times TOLD THEM I was waiting and they did not have an explanation of the long wait until about 12: 30 which was they supposedly didn't have my check from pick and pull who also are bad for business. Worst service ever I do not recommend doing business with either of these companies

Horrible experience they denied me the service because I'm Hispanic that's just unacceptable 0 stars for this company

Staff are pretty nice but other than that it sucks lol! Prices are awfully expensive and you have to have everything under the sun to prove your the owner of the car then you have to have 2 licensed drives to even drive it out.

Thanks for towing my car to the impound lot from in front of my own house while I was on vacation.

They we're really quick at showning up to the tow and the driver was very nice and quick at his job.
