Just asked how early can I show up without being turned around, 1 hour, 30 minutes? She didn’t answer my question and she had just the nastiest attitude a professional person could have! Like lady I just want to do my job!

Clean your trailer before u get here second when u are in the line get out slide your tandems all the way back. Third someone with vest will tell ya to park at the front of the line get out and he'll make u open the door to see if your trailer is clean. Then he'll give u a pink paper take that go inside the office to your left fill it up and give it to one of the ppl at windows. They'll tell u what door if you're live loading. Then you'll drop your trailer at the door put jackstand in front of the trailer and bobtail out to the tractor area to park and wait for a call. Approximately takes 3-4 hrs just to get loaded. Good luck and be safe.

It definitely will be a better place if the fat axs travis wont be working there he is a biggest duch givin hard time to truckers stay away from his window and you be ok

They want you super clean trailer
A lot of truck on the lines! For me waited more than an hour to check in! There alone super slow… I can’t imagine when I got a dock

Long time of waiting, you will have to put in your consideration that you won’t leave before 3 hours of waiting. You slide ur tandem at the gate and will drop ur trailer at the dock, secure it and bobtail to staging area, and good luck finish. Get some food and no overnight parking. Just saying!

Usually a quick drop and hook. Some guards can be very picky about trailers. Some don't care at all.roll the dice

Truckers if picking up or delivering here.be prepared to camp out. They are unnecessarily slow.

My experience with other pg weren't so good but this one was pretty good. I was out of there in less than 2hrs.

Very busy place takes some time to get through security but once in they tell you where to drop and hook and you are out pretty quick

Expect at least 4 to 5 hrs for liveload, also don't trust the on-site scale way off and no ticket printing

Waited 2 hours for a door. Then over 3 hours to get loaded. Add the half hour to scale and check out and I was there nearly 6 hours. Ran out my hours so I had to use PC to go park somewhere since they won't let you spend the night here. Plus, I couldn't walk my senior dog for those 6 hours.

Long long wait at the gate to check in and then another long wait at the dock to get loaded and you have to be careful they will load you overweight and then if u go back its another wait so good luck and get ready for long hours to get loaded

I've live loaded here twice. Both times were good. They seem to be efficient. 2 hours first time and 2 1/2 the second. Thanks.

Nice place to go-to large place so beware and the street leading to the place is always patrolled and it's 25mph so beware during the day and night.

Not bad for such a busy place, 3 hours from check in to check out and I was way earlier than my pickup apt time
