Professional Gutter & Drain, Columbus OH

The crew of James Clark, James Clifford and David Pickett came to my house today and helped me solve a problem I've had for several years that I was not aware of until last year. My roof was leaking a the point were the dormers meet the roof, these gentlemen ran several water tests to determine the origin of the leak and made the necessary repairs. I have had about 10 or more companies out to try and find the problem, all the roofing guys said it was the gutters all the gutter guys said it was the roof and none of them took the time to really test it to find the problem. Kudos to this crew for taking the time to figure out the problem on a chilly, blustery, March afternoon. Thanks guys!

Austin, Deonte, and Brian recently installed a french drain on our property in order to help alleviate drainage issues from our back yard. I had 4 estimates on French drains. They all planned on doing pretty much the same thing, yet the estimate from Professional Gutters was 40% less than the highest quote! It's the third time I have had them do work for me. The workers are always super courteous and helpful. Couldn't be happier with this company. So nice to know there are still honest workers out there!

Professional Gutter and Drain repaired and replaced some of my existing gutters and also scoped and cleaned my underground drains and replaced two of the most compromised underground lines (we have an older house with large trees and somewhat rocky soil). Both crews did excellent jobs and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. They were punctual and kept me informed on what was happening. The excavation crew was Tim, Lou, and Billy. They were polite, neat and did excellent work.

Lou, Billy and Tim did a great job on our down spout replacement. They fixed only what needed fixed instead of quoting an entire system replacement (unlike one of their competitors) and worked us in quickly. I could not be happier with the job.

This company was fantastic to work with. They answered my questions and communicated the schedule perfectly! They did an excellent job and was very fair on price. No nickel and diming the customer. Adam, Alan and Rodger are great assets to your company.

The installation crew (Scott, Red & Craig) were efficient and communicated at each step. I really appreciate how conscientious they were about clean-up. Real pros!

Lou, Billy & Tim we so helpful and nice. The rebuilt our downspout drain so that it would drain away from the house. They had to run it under 2 garden walls and garden steps. They had to re figure the steps and it looks so much better now and we won't be getting water in our basement! They did a great job! They were quick and cleaned up!

John, Codey, and Garrick did a super job installing my new drains. For the first time this year I can not wait for it to rain. The install was professional and took no time to complete. Except for a little straw on the grass you would would not know they were here. They named themselves the

Does not return phone calls. How many times does one have to leave a message to get a call? Three times this week. No live person and no return call.

They did a great job on our gutters and drains. Brandon and his crew were courteous and quick with the drain installation and Red (I thinks that's the name!) and his partner hung the gutters in no time. The final cost was right in line with what Dave quoted me. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to get their gutters and drains replaced.

I have my gutters cleaned and checked every spring and fall by Professional Gutter and Drain. I had Ryan and Trace out today and they did a great job. I was contacted a day before to let me know that they were coming and to give me an estimate of when they would arrive at my house, they showed up right on time. They even called when they were on the way to let me know and they rang the doorbell before and after completing the work. Ryan and Trace were very courteous. There was a third gentleman with them but I did not get his name. I will definitely call them back in the spring.

I am very happy with Lou, Billy and Tim. What a great crew and very timely. Lou called before they arrived and they were here by 8 am. I have recommended Professional Gutter and Drain to neighbors and this is the second time I have used their service. Allen is a great inside person as well. We had a great experience with Professional Gutter and Drain. They were extremely professional and attentive to detail, from estimate through the installation. We had them install a new drainage line to the curb, and the guys - Lou, Billy and Tim - did a great job of installation and reseeding, cleaning up afterward. Couldn't be more impressed!
