I've seen Dr Morgansten several times and she's always really fantastic! She's gentle, communicative, makes sure I'm feeling comfortable every time and she's just the total package for a gyn. I'll be really sad to lose her when I move back home but I'm happy to have had her as one of my healthcare providers. Reception and the nurses/techs are also very lovely, never makes me feel like I'm a bother and they're very warm and welcoming in general. Lots of sweet ladies in this practice and if you're looking for an excellent gynecologist I'd recommend PWH and Dr. Morgensten specifically any day.

Worst experience I've ever had. Saw a nurse practitioner and was charged the same price as the main doctor. Asking about issues I've had with hormonal changes due to previous infertility treatments. Every word I said was ignored and was told I need counseling and that she would pray for something I DID NOT WANT and was very clear that I have no interest in. If you are in over your head then refer me to a specialist.most unprofessional NP I've ever seen.

One of the best Obgyn. Dr. Buell is soft spoken, brilliant at her work and courteous. It is such a relief to finally find a doctor like her.

They are working with my teenage daughter and her endometriosis. They are really nice and thorough here. They really listen to her concerns and health issues.

I usually have a good experience here. Dr. Wurst and a few other of the doctors I have interacted with have been very good. Although I have had issues with receptionists over the phone. I do not attend University in the area and called to see if I could do an over the phone consultation or get a recommendation for a doctor in my area. The receptionist was rude and short with me, she was not empathetic to my situation at all. Maybe she was just having a bad day but all other experiences have been good.

I believe that for the past 20 some years, I have received the very best care from Dr Wurst. She is a caring and thorough doctor who listens and always asks excellent questions. Her prescriptions have always worked! You can't find better.

Dr. Ann Wurst is amazing. She listened to every concern I had and made sure to address each concern. Her follow up was prompt and I so appreciate her! Her staff is kind and attentive, and they clearly know exactly what they are doing. I give this practice my absolute highest recommendation!

Love them so much! 5th total pregnancy and 2nd successful pregnancy and the doctors, midwives, nurses, and even reception staff have been wonderful and attentive. I've been undiagnosed with HG for every other pregnancy but, this time, I got medication I needed and attention I deserved but was denied other places. Every one I've met with has been up to speed on my issues and I've not had a single problem since starting prenatal care 8 months ago

I can’t believe my experience with this office. I just moved into a new home in the area… First time living in Hilliard and I am a big advocate for customer service… After all it is a dying thing. As I am learning the new area and dealing with settling in. I made a new patient appointment with this office and had to cancel it due to a family emergency which I called in 10 mins past my appointment to let them know although still handling the emergency situation at hand and once the dust settled I called back in to try to see if I could still get in for the same day and they gave me a 4pm slot at the end of the day. The traffic around that time was super thick and I called 5 mins til 4p and let them know I was running a little late. Jan was very rude and told me I’m already gonna miss my appointment anyway even though I was about 5-7 mins away. She told me they most likely wouldn’t see me when I got there bc I should have been there 30 mins early to fill out paperwork. I couldn’t believe they would turn me away when I called ahead of time as heads up that I was close before my appointment time. I arrived at 4: 08 and I was turned away. I was shocked at the strict and impersonal approach that the office displayed toward me as a client. I have a pretty serious health situation at hand and a very busy schedule also but there is no way that I would turn away a client because they are 8 mins late and called ahead of time. Then I was told to reschedule and I called the next day and was told by Wendy who was very aloof and lacking care and understanding of the juggling that women take on day to day for their families let alone themselves! She told me that it is their policy that after 2 cancelled “new patient” appointments they no longer can schedule me. Keep in mind that my 2nd attempt was not a cancellation but 8 mins late.which I called 5 mins before my appointment time about and showed up in office for the appointment in hopes they would still see me 8 mins late. There was no knowledge on my part of that policy and no one told me about this at all.with the many times that I spoke with the office. I wonder how many times this has taken place and whether it’s enforced consistently and with EVERYone.

**I wasn’t even given the option to fill out the paperwork ahead of time on their website… Which when I told them I called five minutes ahead saying that I would be a little bit after my appointment time (8mins) They said they wanted me there 30 mins before my scheduled appointment time to fill out paperwork which was not possible for my schedule. I suggest they include paperwork in their scheduling time or allow for it. Just a very strict, uncaring policy and group of women at this office.

“Professionals” should not be in the name of this practice. I went in for my first prenatal appointment and immediately knew we wouldn’t be back again. As we waited for the doctor with the office door open, ALL of the nurses were talking trash and making VERY innappropriate jokes about a patient and their drug abuse. They violated all HIPPA laws and I will be reporting this practice. That is a patients CONFIDENTIAL information, that shouldn’t be joked about, especially when other patients are listening. Absolutely disgusted by every nurse in this office, and the doctors that allow this behavior to take place.

Absolutely the most kind and friendly doctors Ive ever had. Incredibly understanding and professional. Im young and was nervous about my first visit and they explained everything, understood past choices ive made, and very so amazing about the whole process. Im so incredibly happy to have gone to them. Definitely recommending them to all my friends!

I was seen in a timely fashion. The nurses and doctor took time finding out about my health history. The referral I needed was faxed quickly after my visit. All staff made me feel comfortable.

This practice was fine prior to trying to get pregnant. Trying to get pregnant, they dropped every ball. I had to push for next steps.there was no plan provided. No one kept up with my process because you don't have a doctor here, you see the practice. I was on Clomid for 5 months before I did my own deeper research and found that after 6 months, the effectiveness drops. Then I pushed for next steps. I feel like someone should have iniated that sooner. Not having a doctor makes getting and receiving information difficult. The last straw came when I needed a time sensitive medication that they did not prescribe for me BEFORE the appointment they were supposed to administer it (I did not know any of this as the time because I have never been through this process before) and then LIED as I left my appointment saying they called the pharmacy and they had the drug and had sent my scrip in. They didnt and by the time I got to the pharmacy their office was closed. Which led to me having to take half a day off work to play phone tag with nurses who gave me three different excuses (that doctor always calls things in late, etc.) before I was fed up and laid out how I had been lied to the previous day. Handled poorly. Caused a horrible situation (dealing with infertility) to be so much worst. Left the practice and am realizing how awful they were the longer I'm gone.

When my wife had a miscarriage, they called to send condolences. They also sent flowers. Theses people in this office really shows you the true meaning of "care". They actually care.

They are very quick to get called back. It’s a quick and painless experience and very informative. Not only do I visit this location, my daughter does as well.

If I could give this practice zero stars I would. Kathy who works in the office dropped the ball during my pregnancy and it took almost 6 weeks to get in for my glucose test which showed I was, in fact, gestational diabetic.

After my daughter was born I had a tubal in January of 2018. Dr. Buell botched my tubal. (PM me, I will gladly share the pictures to prove it. The clamp wasn't placed all the way across my tube.) As a result I was pregnant less than 3 months later and had to undergo both a surgical abortion and a bilateral salpingectomy leaving me with additional scars.

To top it off, I was on Medicaid at the time because I had no income due to being off work from surgery and they had the audacity to send me a bill when Medicaid denied them which legally they're not allowed to do. I'll be damned either way if I'm paying a bill to someone whose mistake is the entire reason I'm there in the first place!

DO NOT GO HERE.

I have never had any problems with this office. They are nice and very professional. Everyone is very good. Dr. Wurst is a wonderful person and a very thorough doctor. I never feel rushed. She's always interested in spending extra time even when she's finished with the exam. I have referred people to her who are also very happy. I can't imagine going anywhere else.
