I received great care during my recent surgery. The nurses were friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Special Thanks to Elissa and Tara.

My daughter went to urgent care this afternoon and was so rudely treated she was crying. She went there for help and she left feeling stupid and that she was wasting the nurse's time. The nurse was very unprofessional asking personal questions in the receptionist area and slamming down papers in a manner that made an impression on my daughter that she was wasting the nurse's time. I am so upset that my daughter was treated that way in her time of need. Terrible!

ER was very efficient and clean, staff were very friendly and communicative. I definitely recommend this hospital over the one across town.

Some of the nursing staff at this location demonstrate patterns of rude behaviors toward their patients. Geez! Where do I begin? I rushed my daughter to the ER due to stomach pains one late night. My biggest concern was that it could be appendix related. The nurse on 3rd shift was extremely rude and made comments about marks on my daughter's left arm. First off, there were no marks on my daughter's left arm. The nurse specifically asked what are those weird marks on your arm? To our reply, we asked, what marks? The nurse than proceeds to start taking a sample from my daughter's arm and sticks her with the needle on the side of her arm. After that of course, the nurse is unable to obtain blood sample and proceeds to walk around the room while the needle and vial are still in my daughter's vein. Who does that? It was after 1 am in the morning and given the time, my daughter asked the nurse if she would be allowed to go home and view her results on the MyChart app. The nurse was extremely rude and told my daughter that she would be checking out against medical advance and that she would get the form for her to complete. My daughter never stated that to her. She was just asking a question. Long story short, the doctor was great in addressing our concerns about the nurse and we were given another nurse. Mind you during the process, the vial is still in my daughter's arm. When a patient comes in for medical care and attention, the last thing that they need is to be labeled in such a way as this nurse had done. I also sent an email to the patient feedback, but I never received anything back.
Here are the next issues. My daughter was exposed to strep, and she came in for a strep test. They would not administer the test to her and claimed that it was covid. Then she is given a covid test, and she is diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection and sent home. All the while she is suffering, and her throat is burning. No treatment for the diagnosis just a covid test.
On another occasion, we came into the emergency department to be seen in urgent care. My daughter was incorrectly diagnosed before ever receiving any of her test results, and she was given an antibiotic that made her very ill. I called the attending physician listed on the paperwork about the antibiotic making my daughter feel even worse. The attending physician verbalized to me that she should have not been put on the antibiotic because she did not have what she was diagnosed with initially due to her test results. We never got any follow-up about her results. Had we, my daughter would have never taken the medicine. The attending physician advised that my daughter needed to stop taking the medication ASAP. Thankfully, my daughter bounced back physically after that.
I know that I will probably receive a comment from patient services about this, but I respectfully decline to discuss this any further, especially since I had already emailed my complaints about the first situation. I also realize that this is in-depth feedback, but it is warranted to advise others to carefully consider receiving any medical services through the emergency room department at this campus location.

DONT GO TO DR. Podboy! He canceled 2xs on me while I wating in the waiting room 15 mins after my appointment time (I was half hour early). I had to wait a month to get the 2nd appointment only to be told sorry he can’t today…I drove a hour there. So if i was a no show they would make me pay, are they going to give me gas money for canceling me 2xs?

I'm only giving them three stars because they support abortion and they force everyone to wear a face mask to get medical care. Those are the 2 main reason for the three star review or it would be a five. I have had very good experiences with most of the doctors and nurses. I currently see Dr Rodriguez Salinas and she is amazing! She is very kind and compassionate and really wants to help in anyway that she can. She has been amazing with my daughter who does not like doctors at all. I have over the years also, seen some OBGYN's Dr. Erwin was by far my favorite he's straight forward and doesn't sugarcoat anything he tells it like it is and I love that. His staff was always amazing and very compassionate when I misscarries my twins. But, Dr. Erwin retired: (and I was not fond of his replacement. He was not a bad doctor just not my kind of doctor to each their own right? I have had 5 babies at this hospital and every time my experience was amazing. I made a birth plan and the staff was amazing at following it. My 4 child got stuck in the way out and Dr. Erwin did an amazing job saving his life. No one is ever going to find the perfect hospital or doctor that's for sure. I really like the doctor I have here at this hospital I just pray that they will stop supporting abortion it's so heartbreaking.

I was here for an infection which they chose to keep me for until it was mostly all cleared up.everyone there was so sweet to me & the doctor i had did a great job on helping me.here’s the catch though, i was told by a supervisor/boss i believe that if my service dog scared any nurses or if any of them where allergic to him that he had to leave.which is actually against the law to tell someone with a service animal that they have to leave, especially knowing the dog is there for a reason.i could’ve gotten the supervisor for saying that to me but in the end no one ever said anything about him having to leave again so i let it go.though, after my service dog arrived a nurse starting treating me very poorly, my IV monitor would go off just by me moving 1 inch because it was in the elbow area of my arm and she’d come in and give a snotty look at me and my dog, making disgusted noises and even one point came in and said, “just stop moving your arm, keep it still and this wouldn’t keep happening” in a nasty manner.she was overly rude just because i had my service dog, who is literally a small, quiet chihuahua who laid by my side the whole time not harming a thing.so hospital was an amazing experience until it came to my service dog and that snotty nurse.

My sister went to the ED due to urgent care being closed for a sore throat and being around a friend who recently had strep. Her work would not let her come in due to the patients she works with. The nurse was understanding stating UC has odd hours due to being short staff. Dr. Pribis was rude looked in her throat for a few second and stating no strep you probably have covid. She stated I took a test and it was negative this morning and ignored it. Didn’t even swab for strep just covid and sent her on her way. She got the results & covid was indeed negative. So now she still has a burning red throat, no relief and no idea as to what’s wrong. It’s understandable that people come to ED for minor things that UC can take care of can be frustrating, but when nothing else is open she had no other choice. Being a doctor you should have some sort of compassion for others and when they’re feeling ill. This was absolutely unacceptable.

Went to see a gynecologist for a second option, they started the visit by saying they were supposed to retire but had to transfer to this hospital. Was an overall awful experience and their phone was going off with text messages the full time. While explaining the situation they just nodded and didn’t seem interested or like they cared one bit. They ended up not giving any opinion or suggestions. Was a waste of time for us all. Would not recommend. Didn’t give a doctors note for anything either.

Wouldnt reccomend calling for mental health services!
im currently seeking an in patient hospital and i was just denied service because i dont wanna kill myself or anyone else because apparently those are the only reasons someone would be considered to have mental health issues.

Went in for kidney stones, gave me an xray, refused to believe me or treat me, told me I didn't have a stone. I passed it in a restaurant a week later. Charged me for everything but the air I breathed. Fully insured; still bankrupted.

Oh theyre also largely responsible for the death of my ex-girlfriends mom. Discharged her less than 24hr after a heart attack, at which point she went home and died on the floor within 48hr in front of two of her children. They refused to release any information pertaining to the case until almost 2 years later to avoid litigation.

The epitome of greed.

Knee replacement surgery. Thank you Dr. Shendge the surgeon. Dr. Stuckey very professional, nice, and managed my pain excellently.
Nurses: friendly, knowlegeable, and helpful: Andrea and Chris on Tuesday. Michelle during 3rd shift. Brennan and Logan on Monday. Thank you for caring.
There was a severe snow storm on Monday. I stayed overnight. Again atmosphere appeared to be calm and caring.
