ProMedica Flower Hospital reviews
15Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The hospital is clean and sanitary. I would have given it 5 start but it took 5+ hours for the administration staff to approve the discharge for no reason.
I would like to thank Scott, Jon, Anette, Nora, Rachel, Lisa and Morgan for taking the best of care of me while I had surgery. I was given respect and comfort. Dr. Filatoff and Dr. Witt are also the best. Thank you again to all that were involved.
I'm on Chemo and am really sick so I went to the emergency room because I couldn't handle another painful night. They didn't take blood, yet there's blood on the floor and in the bed. A man with anxiety came in after me, was seen first. Was talked to the whole two hours I waited for a covid test. They didn't take my temp right, it was hardly touching my skin, they dismissed high blood pressure, they dismissed keytones in urine, they REFUSED A BLOOD TEST, I REPEAT. They didn't give me a blanket when it was so cold my fingers were blue and I was shivering. They gave me half a cup of water and refused to give me fluids although they said I was dehydrated, their reason was that I "can still drink" when mind you, my tonsils are swollen and obviously I'm not doing a good enough job hydrating myself. They took two hours for a covid test. And again, blood on the floor. Doctor was uncaring and terrible bedside manner and a worker wearing a "blue lives matter" shirt, wouldn't even talk to me to tell me where the exit is. She just hatefully stared at my Indigenous a-s-s. This is the second time I've had a horrible dismissive experience here and being trans, poc, gay, and atheist- yeah they very clearly want people like me dead so.
Came in Saturday morning with a gall bladder attack. I had surgery Sunday morning to remove gall bladder. I can home Sunday afternoon. I was impressed with ALL of the staff. Very professional, very kind, very caring. You ALL make a big difference in our lives. I really appreciate you taking care of me and getting me back on my feet. Thank you for ALL of your hard work. It doesn't get unnoticed ️
People are bugging this hospital exploiting me they tried to kill me here when my mom was sick they talk harass through audio to make u wanna go crazy the
Has to be one of most incompitent and abusive medical facilities in all of Northwest Ohio. Don't come here unless you'd like to have your time and health wasted, or experience medical maltreatment and misdiagnosis. Honestly, it's places like these that make me think that medical practitioners are still at the same level of using Mercury as a curative.
This Is my favorite hospital in Toledo. 4 of my children were born here and the staff has always been so helpful and kind especially in maternity
Extreamly disappointed that we, my sister and I, were never told that only one person could visit the psychiatric unit (and no switching). You would think when you call to get info about visiting, they would tell you. I wasted two hours and gas traveling to Sylvania for no reason.
I went to Flower ER for extreme abdominal pain. I was seen immediately. Staff and doctors were kind, patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. They put me at ease.
Not enough staff. They ignore patient requests. Wait time is extremely long. Wouldn't come back here. Ever.
If your 2 year old child is experiencing breathing problems and has been diagnosed with asthma I would suggest you take them anywhere but here. 2 hours in the waiting room and absolutely no communication. Not to mention they were concerned with his heart rate and said they would get us back quickly…. We left after we heard another person say they had been in the waiting room for 3 hours and went elsewhere.
I had surgery and was here for two days. My nurses which were Libby and Melody were above and beyond helpful, gracious and kind. Made my stay so much easier. Outstanding job
3 hours waiting told no rooms son can have a possible bowl obstruction he hasn't been okay in over a week 10 days these people have done nothing but check vitals. Horrible place. Horrible hospital. Horrible staff. The last time I was here the doctor gave him a medicine that was recalled.
That's where my foot doctor is located now. And she does a really great job. And I'm very happy.
