ProMedica Health and Wellness Center - Sylvania reviews
15Parking is horrible! Unless you have an appointment first thing in the morning, Good luck. I spent 30 minutes driving around the lots looking for an open space. (Wanted to do velvet, but they only take cash, no cards.) Plan on coming to your appointment early and give yourself time to find parking.
Great place. Friendly staff and courteous. I was a little shocked to see a food truck parked in front of the handicap ️ drop off entrance. Had to get up over the curb to get to the entrance. Not a good idea.
Very easy to navigate the building, always someone ready to direct you and see where it is you need to go and they are happy to help you find where you’re going.
It’s nice to have a one stop for any of my medical needs. Including ophthalmology with a full eyeglasses store downstairs!
Office staff are a complete joke. Was lied to numerous times. If your insurance requires the use of a specialty pharmacy for medications like Humira. GOOD LUCK, you won't get your refills in a timely manner. You are met with nothing but lies and excuses. The worst staff I have dealt with in 39 years of my experience going to doctors.
Registration ladies are MEAN! Horrible attitudes! Dr. Burlingame is SO GOOD but staff is horrible here!
Go anywhere else. Doctors are highly unprofessional and project onto others. When I had anorexia the woman who was supposed to be a doctor says "you think you look beautiful like this? " I was insulted and clearly they know nothing about how to talk to patients with chronic depression and how it can affect their eating habits. Doctors here are unprofessional, insensitive, and moronic.
Facility is nice and clean. Worst part is the registration especially if they call you ahead of time and "pre-register" you. You still have to check in and answer the same set of questions so the phone call to pre-register you is pointless. Now you do get treated like an assembly line meaning you check in at 1 of the two front desk. Then you go to your office check in there then wait to be called in. Besides the registration and moving from registration to your office everything else goes smooth. Employees are nice and helpful.
I have been a patient of promedica eye glass care for over 7 years. The doctors are excellent. But my last pickup of my new glasses gave had small cracks in the lenses. This is the 3rd time this has happened. They told me that they would not correct them again if it happened again. I haven't had the new glasses 2 months yet and they are beginning to show cracks again. What should I do
Daughter went to get an ultrasound the tech was so rude and just cold cocky won’t be back don’t even know when her name never introduced herself
People pretty friendly. I like that you can see the doctor and get xrays all in one building.
I love promedica. Almost every single one of my drs is in this location. There are several floors with several drs. I can't get x-rays and blood work done here also. It's nice to be able to go to one spot with all my drs and not have to travel all over.
Nice facility. Least uncomfortable mammogram ever. Glad I decided to come. Thank you Linda.
I am seeing the acupuncturist at the Promedica Wellness Center. Kylie is an amazing acupuncturist! She has actually helped me more than any traditional medical practioner. Her knowledge, kindness, energy, and caring abilities is exactly what we need in our healthcare system!
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable at the Promedica Wellness Center, i love the way the shop is set up, i found it very inviting even during these trying times. Ms. Study is absolutely AMAZING, after a short consultation she was able to address my issues of pain and tension with a treatment of acupuncture that has eased my chronic pain and decrease the number of migraines. I have tried many other courses of treatment but none have helped, when i went in i told Ms. Study that she was my last hope and i was a bit of a skeptic, well she has made me a true believer! Can not give a higher recommendation, Ms. Study, Thank You!
Me and my mother had an appointment with optometrist they were very rude we waited over an hour I had never been so insulted in my life I went back with my mother I told them not to dilate her and they did when I asked to speak to the manager he was very rude and not very patient friendly it was asked to leave the building my mother had just been dilated the month before they broke my trust by how they spoke to me and my mother who is 76 and my father I will never return to these people ever again I've had nothing but bad experiences since I started this journey with my mother having cataracts I will be talking to an attorney for advice and how to handle this for how bad he has shook up my mother and myself no one should never be spoken to like that manager did to us
