I remember before corporate came in.and they were a independent office. They were best doctor's and best staff around.

Dr Hasan was wonderful to my daughter today. The nurses Kate the great and Renee were extremely passionate towards her. They helped put her mind at ease and did it graciously. Dr. Hasan explained everything to us and made us feel like we were finally getting solutions. His bed side manner is phenomenal. I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone! By far one of the best dr's and nurses.

Awful! I was asked if I was vaccinated, and when i said no the nurse came back with a full face shield over her mask and would not let my son stand in the room.only wanted him in the chair. We got up and left! I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life! Awful awful people. You didn't bother to ask me if I already had covid did you? I could have better immunity to it than you! But that doesn't even matter.they acted like we were the plague. I will never return! The unvaccinated are not killing the vaccinated! We have got to learn to treat people better! It is absolutely sad that this is the world we live in now!

I've never been a patient of this practice, but just dealt with a very compex audit at my pharmacy and their office couldn't have been more friendly, patient and efficient in my requests; we were able to obtain all required documentation (they could have said no, they are not required to help) and submit for refund from insurer. Special thanks to RN Susan who was very kind.

Dr.s are nice, but don't call you with information. They post it in my chart and if you have questions, be ready for attitude. If you reach out with questions, the nurses treat you horribly. I just had questions about my results and was treated like I was asking to much.
I really need to find somewhere where it is okay to talk about treatments and be informed of my health information instead of a nurse posting "she is not open to your recommendation" in my chart.

I wish there was away I could give less than one star. Very poor customer service. They don't follow up/return calls. Be aware.

Very nervous checking in but Kelsey made me feel relaxed that I was in good hands. Dr. Koffel and the two nurses with him did a great job! I didn't feel anything and all three made me feel extremely comfortable! Thank you! God Bless you All!
