Promises Childcare Center, Cleveland OH

My kids has been going to Promises childcare center for a few years now. I was always to busy to give a review, but I have to give them a review! Finding a good daycare center for your children can be a very scary situation. Promises childcare center made me very comfortable and I had great peace of mind while My children were in their care. They were flexible with my schedule, they went above and beyond, they made things easy, my kids learned a lot and we have grown very attached to this fabulous daycare center. It felt more like dropping my kids off with family, never any issues. Just last week me and the kids had to part ways with promises due to my son switching schools and me starting back school myself. This was one of the hardest decisions of my life, I cried like a baby for a few days. I love them. My heart is forever filled with gratitude and I feel so blessed to have had them help me in the process and in the development of rebuilding my life. Making sure that my son got to school on time and safely, being patience with my youngest and helping me come up with the different plans for him (helped me potty train him, educational and behavioral). Oh my goodness I can go on and on and on about them. But I am relieved to know that there are good people that actual care for your kids in your absence, and if in the future things don't work out with my other childcare arrangements I know the will welcome me back with open arms. Thank you so much Promises and all of your staff ya'll are truly amazing. God bless

There were a few hurdles to get through as expected with any new daycare. However, my overall experience with this daycare was Wonderful! ️

Idk who keeps calling me from the business number but if I get anymore unwanted calls I'm contacting my lawyer.

All 3 of my children have been going to this day care for 5 years.very happy with the care they provide my kids I wouldn't send them anywhere else
