ProTechs are Covid responsible. They fixed my glass within 2 hours, and was the lowest priced quote out of 4 nearby competitors. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone, especially UC students. The phone/computer repair shops up the hill, are clearly taking advantage of the students by charging more than they should for the same service. Go to ProTech and get quality service with better price points.

Beware of this company - they are so UNPROFESSIONAL! I needed a new cover and hinges for my laptop. After waiting SIX months and this company still had not made the repair, I decided to go elsewhere. Not once during this time did I ever receive an update from ProTechs. I called myself a couple of times and always got a "lame excuse" as to why my laptop was not repaired and the last time I called the employee just wanted to argue with me. When I finally got my laptop home, it was in worse condition than when I brought it in! In fact, the operating system doesn’t work at all and I have to trash it. This company is a JOKE!

Cleo and the staff are great. They were able to fix my laptop screen for a great price in about a 1/2 hour. I cannot recommended them highly enough.

I most certainly recommend ProTechs and will only go to ProTechs for my tech repair needs. Most recently they fixed my laptop. As well as my cell phone that cracked twice. The job was completed with alacrity. The price was fair and their local! I will be recommending ProTechs to anyone in Cincinnati that tells me about their tech repair needs. I saved lots of money and stress by going to ProTechs!

Fantastic computer repair service. Had been told my iPad could not be fixed- by Apple none the less. He fixed it and the price was ridiculously inexpensive. Also replaced the screen on a laptop. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I looked all over to find someone to upgrade my girlfriend's laptop as a Christmas present. The team at ProTechs knocked it out of the park - they gave me a walkthrough of everything they were going to do, how it would affect the computer's performance, and how long it would take. I was expecting a long wait to get the computer finished but the team at ProTechs had it done in 24 hours!

I work out of my home and my laptop is critical to complete my work. Twice I have been able to drop my laptop off on Friday afternoon and pick it up the next day repaired. I highly recommend Protechs for your electronics repair needs.

This is a great company. I have taken several of our pcs here for updates, software and virus issues. They offer great affordable pricing and have awesome customer service.

Tim worked very diligently to try to repair the harddrive for my husband’s laptop. Unfortunately, it was beyond repair but he spent a lot of time working on it and charged a very nominal fee for the files he was able to recover and a USB for transferring the information. I appreciate his effort!

They just worked on my Mac and were amazing-they really worked hard to identify the problem, find a way to work around an issue with parts beyond their control, and then made sure to test it every which way before getting it back to me. I am so glad I went here! I would highly recommend!

I had a broken screen and I was unable to see anything on my Iphone 6s. They fixed it within 20-30 minutes and my phone is as good as new. Their service is really great and affordable. I would definitely recommend ProTech to anyone having any problems with their phone.

Never trust them. They tried to keep my laptop for a week. I am not sure what they got inside. And they put everything back, not like i gave them. Be careful.

Went to get a OS recovered and they wiped the whole computer without asking us. They recovered most of the data in a few days after bringing it back. Inconvenience though

These guys were great! Friendly, and they fixed a projector for me in about half an hour when I was in a bind. Would highly recommend. The fee for rush service was incredibly reasonable.
