Do Not Buy. We have had these windows for a year. They are always breaking. They are ALWAYS a struggle to close and some of them I have to leave unlocked. We totally regret this decision. Provia WILL NOT help you if you have a problem. They will refer you to your installer. Our installer is MIA. Do yourself a favor and buy ANYTHING but Provia Windows.
