PSA Airlines Headquarters, Vandalia OH

I wish I could give negative stars this place is shady. They let a pilot who physically assaulted a flight attendant leave without punishment. They didnt fire him but gave him the choice to leave. They ended up firing the flight attendant involved so they didnt have the negative impact. This company is horrible. Do not work for this place.

Duty manager dropped the ball out of CLT tonight. 6 hour delay on an hour long flight, with a later flight leaving before our flight. No clear idea on when our departure would be, as it changed every 20 minutes. Either they don't have enough experienced duty managers and crew sched, not enough tails to cover IROPs, or just flat out disorganized. I would seriously look at upgrading your Ops Department if this is what pocket thunderstorms does to your schedule.

This place is a joke, working as a tech, i can say they only care about Dayton and nobody else, its amazing that their planes are still flying, the supervisors and managers don't care about everyone except themselves and Dayton, very very low pay, very poor worker's union, this is a laughingstock of a company

Awful service! Can't keep planes flying, and don't give staight answers about delays!

This company is awful. They are money thirsty and they do not care about anyone, but the head dogs of the company. I've flown in this company and American should be embarrassed that they represent them. Out of the hundreds of times I've flown I got one amazing flight attendant, all of the others I've had were rude and lazy. I have nothing good to say a out this company.

Pretty outstanding regional airline. One of the greatest IT departments in the history of mankind. Big-league. Greatest. Fliers. Ever. Yuge.

Really great place with some of the friendliest folks in the industry!
