Pub Frato, Painesville OH

First time here. Unfortunately we were not there for food, cause it all looked amazing and delicious. Will definitely have to come back with an appetite to try the food. Service was quick (thanks to Paulie and Tina) atmosphere was cool just slightly loud sometimes. Overall can't wait to be back for some food.

Very nice atmosphere, staff was very personable, and the food was spectacular. This will be a regular stop for my wife and I from now on.

I have been here twice in the past month and enjoyed it both times. I recommend the cauliflower tacos, but also has good drinks here!

As always a phenomenal experience, update 1/21/23 just as good as the first time I've been here. I will always come here for a good experience.

This location was really nice. Environment was pretty good, food was excellent, and the waitress was very good at her job. It was a bit overpriced for the food but good overall.

Absolutely deafening inside. I couldn't even hear myself think! We went for drinks and the server didn't know anything about the drinks saying a beer was a dark beer "like a stout" and it was dark as an amber at best. And if you have any dietary restrictions, this is not a place for you! They cannot and will not try and accommodate you. Wouldn't recommend at all and certainly won't be back, ever.

Date night last night! $56 for two entrees, drinks, and appetizer. Fod was phenomenal, service quick like a bunny, and our waitress (one of the bartenders) was an absolute delight! My only regret was not getting her name and not having the funds to give her more than 20%. Definitely worth it!

The pork schnitzel the waitress recommended was amazingly good. The brussel sprouts were also very good. I definitely recommend this place.

Only bad thing about this place is the location in a strip mall. The inside is pleasantly decorated and well laid out. Food, service and beer selection were excellent.

We were there this Wednesday my niece and I had a wonderful time and a fabulous lunch and Tina our bartender was great the short rib pierogies were fantastic

Used to really enjoy Pub Frato with my (now late) husband, the breakfasts, lunches and dinners were healthy, interesting and conscientiously done. Returned since being widowed to find the menu has turned into a pretentious foofoo failed attempt to appear fancy. I had to ask the waitress to translate the menu for me, from 'Frato' to plain English in order to procure a healthy salad. There are three choices, and the only one which came close to a vegetable greens salad was "the crouton salad", which was described to me as 'mostly croutons with a little vegetable'. What kind of sense does that make? (none). Also, at a pub with an Italian name not carrying any kind of Italian dressing or any variety of a non sweet dressing is preposterous. Finally, when the waitress remarked, "we can serve you something from the menu, or not", is when I walked out. Yikes and holy baloney, and not even worth the effort of this review.

Good sized food and drink menu. I had the T Burger with fries which were excellent. If you're in the area, definitely give it a shot!

I made a mistake ordering online. Called the restaurant immediately. They told me no problem and would credit my card. No credit has been issued? I called the 3rd party that showed up on my card it just directed me to a website and hung up on me. I would just like my card refunded. Today I received a message from a very nice lady and she took care of my refund and apologized. Thank you Pub Frato!

Good pub that's close to home. Interesting beer selection and fun taco menu. Usually busy with a fun vibe. I go here with family and business several times a year.

Excellent place for dinner or drinks. Try one of their mules or a sandwich. My favorite is the brisket. Don't forget to order dessert, you can't go wrong with the Creme Brulee.

The bartender was great, but I waited an hour for over easy eggs and bacon, and it didn't seem very busy. There were 3 eggs, and one was over hard, the other was over medium, and the third over easy. The potato pancake was cold. 2 stars because I feel like it could have potential, but I don't know if I'd stop in again.

First time here. Have to say it was a disappointment. The steak was really tough. I expected more for the price. The brussel sprouts were interesting but not my favorite. The green goddess Caesar was good, though. Not sure if I will be back.

I came to this place on Friday for carryout. 3/4/22 They were not busy. The hostesses were sweet and inviting. However, the rude bartender with the beard was a total rude jerk. He looked me dead in my face. He didn't greet me. He didn't offer me to get a beverage. I sat there and waited until a nice female bartender waited on me. He made me feel like he was racist. I did not like his energy at all. I do know that the sous chef's name is Brandon and I will make it my business to patronize this place again. So I may speak with Brandon in person because I do not like spending my money somewhere and being treated in that manner. My carry out was good however that bartender he needs to have better customer service when he comes to dealing with people of color

I had a great experience at the new pub Frato in chagrin falls
I have been to the concord location many times through the years, and the new location in the falls delivered the same great food and experience as concord.
I am so happy about the new location, since it is much closer to home for me…. The chagrin falls location is my new “go to” spot.

Got Mac and Cheese with chicken to go. It was good but the pretzel was a let down. Menu says it comes with an everything pretzel in it but it’s just a bag of broken pretzel pieces you’d get from the store.
