Public Storage, Hamilton OH

Excellent customer service! I have been renting from Public Storage since August. I had a minor issue and Beth from the Tylersville location was instrumental in immediately resolving my issue with empathy and zero judgement. She has a great deal of customer obsession which is a huge leadership principle where I work in the management position. She kept my business with this experience. I am so grateful to have received this resolution
during a critical time. Highly recommend!

This public storage store is amazing Maddy, Beth and Serinity where great help me find what size unit I might need and getting me moved in.

We just rented a unit and Beth was a great and friendly help through the entire process. She happily showed us units, talked through the pro's and con's of each and walked us through the registration process. We had seen all the previous positive comments about Beth and they were spot on.

I can't believe their dumpster is locked up so you can't even use it when you are trying to move out. This is so ridiculous another reason for them to make more money off of you. They ought to be ashamed!

I have used a variety of storage facilities and this company ranks up there as one of the best I've had. You can open the gate with your phone, basically everything is on an app which makes it convenient. And the price is pretty good compared to others in the area.

I couldn't have more amazing things to say about this particular location. The property manager, Beth, is one of the absolute best in customer service! Any and every time I have had a question or concern, she has been available and eager to assist. Not to mention she is just an all around amazing human and always a friendly face. All the staff here deserve an A+, I have been a customer for years and don't anticipate leaving any time soon!

I have been using this location for over 2 years. The beginning rates are great. They increase your rate without any notice. I had a huge price jump. I've been working with them for two months to get this resolved. My current rate is $400.00 a month. The starting rate for new customers is $157.00 for this unit. I've called and left several messages. I've been told they are going to resolve it. At this point I don't see that happening. Just a heads up. Your rate will adjust without your knowledge. It's a big increase.
