Pulmonary and Sleep Consultants, Westerville OH

My phone calls are almost never picked up, and when I leave a message it is rarely returned.
The biggest issue recently has been I tried to get ahold of someone so I could get a new Rx before I moved away from the area, and I did not hear back from them. I now am going to run out on a medication I highly rely on. They told me today they could schedule me over a month from now, which honestly is not worth the trouble.
I know everyone is short staffed right now, but I am so discouraged and now really struggling with my sleep issues without enough meds.
All this being said, the sleep tech that did my sleep study was absolutely phenomenal! And some of the front desk ladies have been very helpful in trying to figure out past insurance issues for me.

Dr. Qadoom is great. The office is pretty centralized and easy to get to.

Dr Qadoom and his staff are amazing! Getting my sleep apnea treated and under control literally and figurativly saved my life. With the renewed energy I have from sleeping I have lost 40+ lbs and life is now worth living. There is no judgement there just amazing people who are there to change your life.

Dr. Qadoom is a great doctor. Very professional and attentive. He was familiar with my history, and was extremely thorough and answered all my questions in a clear manner. He spent a good deal of time with me, which I appreciate. I'm glad to have found him.

12/17/2020 Cld & spoke to a MGT lady who told me clinic has cable tv. That was untrue and false advertisement. I was going to obtain orders & prior authorization to take to sleep dr groups who use OHIO health luxury lab st 300 Polaris Parkway. I especially wanted to switch after finding out all patients use same bathroom.
12/17/2020 approx 3pm. Cld to advise them a driver was dropping me off. Do not let driver know I’m spending the night nor discuss my business with him. He’s a special needs handicapped driver through COTA. I DON’T WANT HIM TO KNOW MY HOME WILL BE WITHOUT ME ALL NIGHT FOR FEAR OF BREAK

I am so happy I found Dr. Qadoom's practice. Before my appointment, I knew nothing about sleep apnea and thought I was doomed to wake up everyone in the house with my snoring. He explained everything to me and how to control it. I am already sleeping and feeling better.

His office staff was friendly and seemed to care about me and my problems. I was also glad to see they take COVID seriously and the place was very clean. The waiting room is small, but I didn't spend much time there. The location is easy to find in Westerville by some of my other doctors. Call them if you need a sleep doctor!

Dr. Qadoom is excellent. Very knowledgeable and understanding. He took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. He was able to get the right treatment for me and I've been doing much better since. The staff are excellent too and always greet you with a smile.
