Pure Smiles - Lima

I'm very disappointed in this dentist office. Please reconsider before selecting this office. Normally I don't post things like this, but I highly recommend looking elsewhere if possible.

Amazing! The entire staff loves to laugh and have a great time all while being professional. Best team work an office can have!

The people here are friendly and the office well maintained. But if you need immediate help forget it. I went for a cleaning and never got it. I was told I how badly my teeth needed attention, and then told they are scheduling into next year (about 5 months). Very disappointed.

This place is a fraud. They have taken "surplus" that they have received from my insurance to pay for bills and to not pay for bills. I had 2 delta insurances through me and my husband that have overpaid their costs but they still want to try and bill me. I called them about it and 2 days later they sent me to collections for not paying. I know a previous employee who said they are doing insurance fraud. Stay away.

Wonderful staff, Tracy one of the dental hygienist was gentle and thorough, and she didn’t seem rushed. And Dr. Cobb is so realistic and doesn’t want to fix what’s not broken but educates on what to be aware of and a 80s music fan …. For sure just not the same repeated over and over

They took their time (I did not feel rushed), answered all my concerns, and were very polite

They seen me for an emergency and did an extraction same day! It was the best experience I've ever had with getting a tooth pulled. The staff here genuinely cares and it shows!

For a person that doesn’t have any dental insurance, pure smiles had me smiling after hearing my cost I most say they are affordable, will recommend anyone that wants good fast an excellent work

Very friendly and efficient office. I love having my teeth cleaned by Charla. She always brightens my day and goes out of her way to answer questions and make sure her patients are comfortable.

This was my first visit as a new patient. I did have to wait an extra 20 minutes in the waiting room. But once I got back, my hygienist was amazing. She walked me through everything and did a thorough job while getting done in a very timely manner. The dentist was also very nice and explained what he found. Great office!

When I called they were very professional and got me in the same day. When I showed up I was seen within five minutes, and explained everything to me for what was needed.

Love the new office furniture and the staff is super friendly I don't mind going to the dentist

Information was shared. Cleaning and exam was done with advice from the dentist. Waiting on info from insurance on how to proceed.
