Issac Stanly and the team at PWI has been wonderful to work with. Very quick responses and works hard to find the best price. Started out with just one business insurance with him, now have 2 business, personal vehicles, and life insurance policies.

I can’t give this company and specifically Isaac Standley enough stars to explain how wonderful my experience with them is. EVERY question, fear, misunderstanding, or issue (very rare that one occurs) is sorted out at the drop of a hat. From sending Isaac 10 cars a day asking to find me the best rate for insurance (and him almost instantly giving me rates), to keeping me out of a panic attack after my recent collision, I have received nothing less than the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced. If he doesn’t have an answer, he will point you to a person that does. It’s hard to find even mediocre customer service in this day and age.but Isaac… this guy simply does not miss. 11/10 would HIGHLY recommend!

I have dealt with Isaac Standley and his Insurance Company only through phone communications for rental properties, but I do have to say, that when he says he'll take care of it and get right back to me.he holds to his word and gets things done right away.
