Amazing office! Great doctor, team and experience! They were quick yet thorough and so kind! They made the whole process so easy and have extremely up to date technology! I am looking forward to my next visit there and would recommend them to anyone!

Initially used this group because they were in- network for my company's visión plan and was impressed with their thoroughness. No longer employed but went back for a yearly exam. My high opinion of this team has not changed. Glad to give them 5 stars

Went for a second opinion, because another eye Dr.told me I had glaucoma. Scott was very professional, funny & informative. His staff was also very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

For being a new patient I was able to get an appointment quickly. All the staff were very friendly and took the time to understand my needs. Everyone was easy to talk to and made sure I understood all my options.

It was easy to go c Dr Pycroft. All girls in office were professional and very nice. I like Dr Pycroft. He is very approachable and very nice. He saw me as an emergency patient in April is 2023 and helped me with a tear in my cornea. I just recently saw him for an eye exam and I was very pleased with his manner and help

Absolute BEST experience by far. We went in with a pediatric prescription from Akron Children’s for my two year old daughter and they welcomed us with open arms as a walk in client. They gave us no grief for coming in with an outside order and not being patients of theirs. They even helped occupy my other two toddler children as we attempted to get through trying all the sizes and fits for my daughter as quickly as we could. While I sat there feeding my three month old daughter and ordering my oldest daughters glasses the front desk receptionist so kindly got out toys and played (on the ground at my children’s level) with my other two kids. The glasses technician also got down on the floor at my daughters level to measure her peripheral distance for her order. To say I was blown away by their kindness and professionalism is an understatement. They were simply amazing with interacting with small children. Friendly staff! Thank you for your kindness and pleasant experience! I will highly recommend.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff.
I called in and told the receptionist that my glasses broke. She told me to come right in.
I was concerned because I wear my glasses all day and didn't have a spare pair.
The tech fixed them in less than 5 minutes.
So thankful.

Friendly staff. Dr better than walmart optometrist.but I could not believe how expensive their frames were! (I didn't pay much out of pocket, due to insurance), but if I had, there's NO way. I'd go back to Wal-Mart, (even tho I don't care for the Dr's disposition.

Dr. Pycraft was great. But the office is not helpful at all for working people. They left a message that my glasses were in and I could pick them up. When I got the message I checked their hours online and cancelled meetings with my customers to get my badly needed glasses. When I arrived, I learned they close for an hour for lunch. After changing my schedule and cancelling meetings, I learned at the door that that I'd have to wait 55 minutes until they reopened. Nowhere but the office door do they mention that they close for a solid hour during their lunch. Next I needed to order a backup pair of glasses a month later. I call 15 minutes before they closed and was told they were too busy and I'd have to call back the next day or they could call me. My job is not such that I can answer calls at random times. When I could call them back, it went straight to voicemail for over an hour. Currently still trying to order replacement glasses but it looks like I'm going to have to go elsewhere just because I can't get through to them. I guess this office only caters to retired people and welfare that have all day to waste trying to get through to them. Not good for working people at all.

I can't say enough about Pycraft Family. My 7 year old daughter broke her second pair of glasses so our free warranty was used already. I was stressed because I thought I was going to have to pay an arm & a leg but knew my daughter needed glasses. Rebecca & Mandy were FANTASTIC with my daughter. Helping her pick out styles & even fixed the glasses she broke so she could wear them until her new ones came in. They helped us pick out glasses that were not only so cute, but also fit into my budget. Those 2 girls made what I thought was going to be a stressful experience, an enjoyable memory for me & my daughter. She is so excited for her new glasses. Thank you so much ladies. 5 stars for sure!

Spoke with Mandy this afternoon for getting my glasses taken care of. She was very helpful, polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable of her position which was receptionist and tech! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for Eye Dr!
