It's so nice when u come to new town and are able to find quality in services. Q Nails is AAA. Feel for fietu ate. Try them out if u havent. I won't change my review is the work done right my nails but I feel I need to add a comment about non service man ers. Autumn as rude as she is good. I asked her for a couple minutes just to update her about future appts, scheduled already. There was no way she was giving me any time, minutes really from whom she was servicing. Embarrassed to appear as an interruption to her, left.
Service my folks extends past just doing good work. Disappointed so to see this side of her. Unfortunately this reaction isn't what I'm looking for in a small town business.
Went in as a walk in due to my other salon being closed. Autumn was my technician and was able to get me in instantly, she has such a kind soul and after being to multiple different salons my nails have never looked better than when she did them. I will definitely be making the 30 min drive to go to Qnails from now on. Their service is outstanding compared to any other salon I’ve ever been to!
My friend and I were walk ins today, and it was close to closing. Kim worked us into her schedule, and did an AMAZING job! Perfect shape and my nails look beautiful!
Quails was the best nail salon I've been to in years! I live in Columbus and I will be back every 3 weeks! Harley riding mama and Autumn are amazing!
Probably the worst French pedicure I have ever gotten- and it was $70! The white lines are squiggly, and less than 5 days later, they are rubbed off at the tips. Yes my nail tech was very sweet, but this is a real shotty job and I'm really not pleased with how my feet look. I do gel on my toes and that way I can usually get two months out of a pedicure, but this looked terrible from day 1 and even worse on day 5!
