QDRO Consultants Company, Medina OH

The absolute worst experience that I have ever had with this company. Phone calls are not answered and they email and respond that they do not have the settlement agreement. Funny.my attorney and Wife have provided documents that they have the information but I get an email from this company that they do not have the documents. Weird and just stupid so I have no idea what they are doing.

I have to say that Allison Grey did a fantastic job for me. Unfortunately my initial decree did not have the correct retirement plan listed. So we had to do an amendment to it. The bad thing was my ex-wife used a company to draft the QDRO & they used the Amended date instead of the actual divorce date. So when it was finally submitted over a year after the divorce they used a date 4 months amended date old instead of 1 year & 1 month actual divorce date. So I had to dispute the QDRO submitted. Allison handled very well & gave us 3 months to submit a revised QDRO with the correct date. That was finally completed about 2 months later. Allison took the resubmission & the rest is history. Thank you for your compassion & help. Fantastic job. I am not looking to get divorced again but if it ever happens she is who I would want to take care of it on that end. Keep up the great work. Similar to other posts, this process is taking forever. Was told it would be expedited, it has not, this is round 2. First round took over 4 months, it was rejected. 2nd round, submitted 1.5 months ago and was told it would take 2-4 weeks since we requested it be expedited. I Called and left a message to be able to speak with someone about the status last week, a week later I still haven't received a call back. I would not advise using this company at all!

I own a contract paralegal firm specializing mainly in family law, so we do a LOT of QDROs. QDRO Consultants is one of the best and I always hope to have them to work with. They pre-approve the orders, it's easy to submit for review, responses come promptly and if changes are needed, they give them all to you at once instead of having to sent back multiple drafts to fix multiple issues. They also don't confuse a blank, model order with a client-confidential document and aren't afraid to share models when requested. I wish we could work with them for all of our cases!

I had a fantastic experience with QDRO consultants and their Lead Order Specialist named Greg Vojvodich (sp?).
I was told by my divorce lawyer that these companies could be difficult to deal with or hard to get a hold of…That was not my experience at all. I would receive a reply email the same business day, and sometimes within the same hour, and the communications were always friendly and helpful. Knowing that I could ask a question without it being a problem was very important to me. They also processed our QDRO application paperwork quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend them!
