No stars. They rarely make repairs. The owners pay a couple to manage the property and they also do repairs and landscaping. They don’t hire professional repair workers or landscapers, they have the managers do everything. The don’t plow when they need to, they don’t even shovel the sidewalks. They consistently raise rent sighting expenses but nothing changes. They don’t have enough trash containers and the trash is constantly overflowing and blowing all over the place. At one point a tenant with cockroaches moved in and it spread to several apartments. They didn’t tell any of the residents, they had to find out for themselves. They had to call the owners to get them to encourage the manager to higher an exterminator. The owners will state that the new management is not like this. However, the problem is not the management. It’s the slum-lord owners who run this property with the goal of gaining as much profit as possible. Apart from that, the walls here are SUPER thin, there are times when you can hear your neighbors talking, not even yelling, just talking. Moving here was one of the most regrettable choices I’ve made and now that they keep raising the rent, moving seems out of reach. It’s absolutely heartbreaking feeling stuck here and paying so much for a place that’s only gone down hill with no improvements. Please, please, please do not move here.

I have lived here for going on 4 years and have seen people come and go, this place is closet to the country and has big areas for my kids to run around and play.when I've needed things fixed, they were tended to in a timely matter! The only issue ive had, and the reason for a 4/5, is an old lonely lady next door, ya know the one who always has an issue, yeah her.lol.over all a great place for a good price! The best landlord and best renting experience ive had since becoming a tenant. Cops drive down and around only when called, which I might add as rarely. Havent heard of a drug issue since the new owners have owned this place. Come on down and fill out an application and check out a 1 bdrm 1bath and attached garage or a 2 bdrm 1 1/2 bath.the neighbors aren't as loud as some may say.see y'all around:)

The actual owners of these apartments do not live on site. I have lived here over 2.5 years and have never met them. The on-site property manager exists only to insulate the owners from any culpability. Like other reviews have mentioned, the property manager will receive your complaint and respond as if she is taking care of the problem, yet you will be waiting weeks for even a simple update. I was without a working oven for over a month, and it took them four weeks to repair my garage door spring (dangerous, could not use my garage). I know other tenants struggle with these issues, as well.

They have one maintenance worker, and if he is not available they will not try to contract anyone else to help you, even if your issue constitutes a habitability violation. The property manager claims to have no power over this, either. I never received an upgrade to my faulty window AC unit, which is moldy and leaked, causing damage to some of my belongings as well as the wall and carpet inside. As far as I can tell, the property manager's main responsibility is to ensure that as many complaints as possible are lost in purgatory while she protects the financial interests of whoever owns the building.

If you attempt to get the police involved with an immediate concern (overhearing animal abuse through the walls, other major noise/lease violations from neighbors), you would need the input of the owners, because the police can only act to protect property owners. Of course, this cannot progress, because the property manager will refuse to disclose the owner's contact information. If she ever passed along my concerns to the actual owners, I never heard about it, and these issues remained unresolved.

They continue to raise rent prices while failing to improve the units accordingly. They were also very lax about protecting personal information, and disclosed inappropriate details about some of the other tenants before I even moved in.
