Worst place to take your test.
If you meet a black american lady with big eyes who wear glasses, you failed the skill already. She wasn't nice, she was playing and singing music during my test. I had 3 skills pretty easy but the result says i failled.worst place.

Definitely should not come here. They make everything harder. My tester woke up with an attitude issue or something. Super and has no professional courtesy.
Honestly which I could give it a zero. Absolute waste of my money

I took the STNA knowledge and skills exam here on 9/19/23. I would 100% recommend to that your test here. The staff were super nice and organized and the building was clean. Before you head into the exam, you had to place all your electronics and items in this basket. The knowledge part of the exam was critical thinking and most of it was common sense or what’s the right answer out of all the options. They had pencils, paper and a calculator there for you so you won’t really need to bring anything, other than of course the items you use to study. Once you are finished with the knowledge part, you wait in the waiting area until you’re called for your skills portion. While waiting i studied and practiced my skills. Once i was called, i was super nervous i told my observer and she was super nice and encouraging saying i got this. I did 3 skills. Make sure you remember the bolded keys in the book. My overall experience was really great.

The testing facilities were clean and organized. The staff were very pleasant and courteous. They provided a comfortable and relaxed atomospher.

I took my stna exam and skill exam here 8/15, the staff was so sweet and welcoming! The nurse overseeing my skills was awesome she made me feel super comfortable I definitely recommended this place to my friend from my stna school!

The staff here very rude and very unprofessional. The rooms are full uncomfortable smells. I don’t recommend to any body. Keep off for the seek of your health and safety, They are very mad to anyone who comes in the building and if you don’t keep your distance you can be punched.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Do not waste your time or money going here AT ALL. The owners /workers are very rude and unprofessional! DO NOT GO HERE. They do not care and are way too rude to be working in any healthcare setting id hate to see them actually work in a hospital or nursing home. Place needs to be shut down after all the reviews about the same thing. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

The worst testing facility I've ever seen. None of my eight classmates passed the exam. She has been extremely impolite throughout when she speaks. Please choose Ashland or Athens. The drive is well worth it.

Neesha provided a great learning environment and made me feel very confident to take my test. I passed with a 90%!

Nisha was great! She has reasonable class sizes so it was easy to get one on one help from her. I enjoyed taking class with her!

I do not recommend this place for STNA Skills testing. The owner was my tester and I felt incredibly overwhelmed and uncomfortable throughout the test. She was not friendly, she sighed multiple times while I was doing my skills which resulted in me having more anxiety. I felt as if I was annoying her when I asked her a question. I felt traumatized when I walked out. I recommend Save A Life Trainings in Athens. Amazing atmosphere and worth the drive.

Nisha is sooooo nice! She made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire test, she was so nice and patient with me.she noticed i was nervous and spoke very calmly & reassured me.thank you so much for your help, nisha!

I’m a rather skeptical individual, but I couldn’t be happier to have taken a chance on this school. Cost effective (uniform, workbook and everything you need for class included in tuition), and not once did I feel like I was wasting my money or time. Nisha is real with you and gives fantastic advice that can help you start your career in healthcare with a positive mindset. As long as you put in the work to know your stuff and commit to it like you would go on to do in clinical setting, you’ll pass your state test with flying colors like I did! Highly recommend for the aspiring STNA here in Columbus, they really care.

My experience with Quality Care was excellent! 10/10! The office Staff are all down to earth and amazing! As long as you are showing them you want to succeed, they will bend over backwards to make it happen! Nisha is one of the best Instructors I had with an amazing amount of knowledge and gifted in teaching! I didn't pass my board on the first try Nisha pushed me and pushed me I did her boot camp training and passed! I'm proud to say I got almost a perfect score on my skills. I would recommend this school to anybody who wants to become a STNA. Its the best!
