Both my AC and furnace went out. It was only a matter of time since the units were so old. Quentin Cowling came out to explain the units. I had my brother in law over so he can hear what he had to offer and ask questions since I'm not familiar with HVAC. Quentin was thorough and I mean thorough!

We were both impressed how knowledgeable Quentin was and so polite. No pushy salesperson just information. I liked that. Since it will be a week before they can get started Quentin came back and brought me a couple of space heaters to use.

Don the service technician was very personable and understood my furnace. He also quoted me for a hot water heater. I emphasize that he was not pushy which I appreciate. Will recommend him to friends and neighbors.

John came over on time and was exceptionally knowledgeable in our boiler heater. He fixed the problem very quickly and really tried to help us save money. I’m so glad I called Quality Heating and Cooling. Also, the staff was great and friendly.
