Joseph was awesome! Punctual, friendly, and thorough. I couldn’t be happier with the tuneup he performed on our furnace or with Quality Heating & Cooling in general! They have an incredible staff!

Jackson & Jacob installed my new furnace yesterday. They were very professional & kept me informed with what they were doing. Totally cleaned up the boxes & old furnace leaving my garage neat!

My hot water tank install was excellent. Jaxon & Jacob did a great job. Very cautious of bringing the tanks in and out of the house. Jaxon explained everything he was going to do before and everything when he was done. Very polite, knowledgeable, and professional.

We are pleased with Quality Heating & Cooling. They installed our new furnace and AC two years ago and system is running great. We're also happy with their annual maintenance plan.

I had a local place come by to take a look after the heat exchanger went bad on my furnace. I didn’t want to go with them ultimately and Quality Heating was recommended so I called. Quentin drove the next county over, on short notice. He went room to room, calculating what size furnace was necessary, explaining the details while providing several options. I ended up with a good price, a Dominion rebate, and tax credit due to how efficient the furnace is! Today was installation day. They send you a text with a picture of the person coming and a little info on them, which I appreciated. They all were great and incredibly polite. The equipment is very nice and easy to use. I also. Would like to compliment the woman I spoke to just to set up the appointment. She was great too! The woman I spoke to when I called to get someone out. AND THEY LEFT COOKIES! C’mon, let’s get these people bonuses! Thank you all!

We had Adam as our technician and he was very thorough with checking our furnace and answering all of our questions. He was very professional as well. We have been happy with every service provided by Quality Heating and Cooling so far.

Quality will never step into my house again. Trap was completly plugged and air intake had visable lawn debris after service was done. Shut my furnace down while snowing outside, and then tried to make me pay for heat exchanger only to find after calling Carrier was covered under warranty. Also found intake screen removed, gas pressure adj stripped, and issue on control board. Fortunaly I have experts to reach out to. Damage is done, so unfortunatly I am replacing the furnace. Used to be awesome customer service a few years back. Not so much any more.

Caleb was great. He did maintenance and inspected my HVAC system, changed my filter and water panel. He was very nice and courteous and did a great job. Excellent customer service.

Great communication, thorough, friendly. Doesn’t get better than that. You have a great group of guys.
