For a 2 star hotel, THIS ISNT BADDDDDDDD

Its only 2 people here, me and they guy next door.

Sheets are a bit rough. Not bad though. Comfortable bed. It literally looks like what a 2 star hotel will be worth. It does not get better than this. Idk why people are complaining.

They are remodeling, of course it’s gonna smell weird and look weird around here. So what. It’s 2 stars.

Only real reason i gave 4 stars is because the price.

We just left after checking in because the room was literally full of flies of some sort. There were dead ones on the bed and we thought, “Okay, it’s not the nicest but I guess we can handle this”, and then we saw the ceiling! Many bugs/flies of different sorts moving about. We went to the front desk because the phone did not work and told her we could not stay. She couldn’t give a refund so we asked for manager’s card and she acted indignant and said she had none. So I asked for a direct number to the hotel and she had that on a slip of paper. As we left she asked which room and if we were checking out… DO NOT STAY

This place is what you would expect for a 2.0-2.5 star hotel. Yes, as the previous reviewer said, the hallways smell like a freshly cleaned porta potty. And yes, there are cobwebs all around the ceiling in our room. But the room itself is clean enough. The front desk guy is very friendly. This hotel is in bad of updating. But don't complain when the price goes up on the rooms. You get what you pay for. The location is right off the interstate. This hotel serves its purpose. We are passing thru. Hotel should be around $80 - 90 ish a night tho for what your getting.

Would’ve slept in my car if I had known how bad it was. Every surface in the place was grimy to the touch, the bed dressings were so over bleached it burned my skin and eyes while I laid down. There was no breakfast, just some food from the gas station next door.

They are up grading the place it is looking good the staff is great. It would be nice if they reopen a bar and restaurant. I would recommend this place to everyone.

The front desk clerk was absolutely fantastic tonight 12am 9/4/22 She was such a delight and very professional and friendly!

The room was very clean the hotel was very clean.
The beds are comfortable.soft sheets & good pillows.very quiet here?

No elevator.long walk ‍️ no way to get my things upstairs.

The price was wayyy too much. $150 for a quality inn is too much. It's not bad here but it's not a Hampton or a Radisson?

We just wanted a bed to sleep in for a few hours. The smell in the hallway was the first indication something was off. Dirt around the outlets, dripping bathtub, loud people for hours in the hallway. The loud, vibrating air conditioner keep me awake. There were also two small device lights that blinked all night. I considered actually sleeping in my car but didn’t feel safe walking out to my car because of the loud people in the hallway. Do not recommend. Didn’t stick around for breakfast.

Under renovation lots of construction bugs ants mosquitoes? One thing that really bother me was they have a continental breakfast but they have no bathrooms in that area you must go to your room for the bathroom. I find that really inconvenient. I should have taken pictures but really never thought of it.

This place is horrible cleaning people just dont care i ask to change my bed sheets and was ignore put the same dirty ones back, staff are ok but rooms smell like humid and mold would not stay here ever again

NO! Save your money and just don't. Nothing about any of these pictures resemble what this place actually looks like. Hot breakfast? Please bagels in a toaster and jimmy dean sandwich in a microwave is opposite of what the free hot breakfast shown in photo. My room- actual cob webs going down the wall from the corners of the room. Dirt was just swept under the bathroom vanity. Toilet paPer- maybe 12inches will work for some.

The guy running the service desk was great! Everything that could go wrong he went the extra mile to make things good for us. Him by himself is a 10/10

The housekeepers need fired! Our room was NOT clean. Floors hadn't been swept, hair on sink an counters, beds sheets and comforters all stained with who knows what and blood on comforter!

Was told not first to mention room wasn't cleaned! No other room available bc port clinton under level emergency from all the rain.

There was water damage and mold in the bathroom. There was food on the carpet and in the fridge that made it stink. Our room phone did not work. We smelled weed in the middle of the night. Someone next to our room was kicking in the door next to ours and there was shoe prints on the door. I called down to the lobby and the employee did not care. On the hotels website they said there was free breakfast but there was no breakfast. When pulling up to the hotel there was no sign saying the hotels name it looked abandoned. Walking to my room there was wallpaper pealing off the wall and the hotel stunk. I complained to the front desk and they said they would get back to me after speaking to the general manager but I never got a call back. I travel a lot and stay in a lot of hotels and this hotel is the FAR WORST I’ve ever stayed in. Don’t waste your time and money it’s cheap for a reason! Drive 30 more minutes and stay in a better hotel! THE PICTURES ONLINE ARE A COMPLETE LIE

Absolutely filthy hotel. Checked in and didn't even make it to my room. There was a giant spider in the hallway, 2 young girls outside their room waiting for a ride because they said the rooms were very dirty and had bedbugs. The wallpaper was peeling, floors were dirty and stained. I don't even know how this hotel is allowed to be open! Your better off sleeping in your car.

The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable with many areas of the business. Clean rooms (make sure to check the heater/AC filter before you turn it on). Can't wait to see the remodel omg updates!

Would enjoy a job going around and reviewing properties for the owners of the 3 hotels that are in this area to gather info on what others in this business are doing to help bring the people back out of their homes and into your rooms. Plz contact me if anyone wishes to employ my services in this fashion.

With a late check in on my way to NYC, staff was great, thank you. Breakfast was a great start to the day. Hats off to Ken for breakfast meal and also conversation before my long drive. Great place!

Not recommand this hotel to anyone, their service really sucks.when you book a room with 2 queen bed they give you a room with a king bed and they refuse to give you the rooms you reserved. I will never sleep on this hotel again,
